Host was very helpful and responsive to any issues we had/ things we needed and giving local recommendations. Balcony was actually an extra side room balcony that has a view to the castle! Perfect for our stay with my Golden Retriever and to explore Bled and the surrounds. Walking distance from everything in the town.

Our appartement was showing its age: the bathroom door is really loud and has to be lifted up in order to open it quietly ; not possible (for us) to use the Venetian shades ; only one of the double door leading to the balcony could be closed, and locked with difficulty. The outside door was too old and bent. The walls between the room and the bathroom are paper thin, as the ones between the living room and the stairway.

Our host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was nice to hear the history of the vila. The vila also has a great location, it's a few minutes walk away from Lake Bled. The vila is clean, and well equipped. In the apartment, you can find a big fridge, a kettle, and several towels. It's furnished with great taste. There is a beautiful garden at the back, perfect for sitting outside in the evenings. There are a lot of activities (hiking, swimming, rowing etc.) to do around Bled. We definitely want to return.

Vila Ana Generoes provided a charming break in Bled. We arrived quite late, which wasn’t a problem, and were delighted the following morning to discover wonderful views of the mountains from our terrace. An easy walk to the lake. We only wish we could have stayed a few more days

Our apartment was spacious, sparkling clean, and well-equipped with a kitchen, balcony, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to Lake Bled, shops, restaurants, and the bus station, yet peaceful and quiet at night. What really sets Vila Ana apart, though, is the feeling of being welcomed like family. The owners clearly care deeply about the home and the guest experience. Lake Bled is a full of action, high tourist footfall. This place is close to the lake and at the same time it is quiet. So best of both. The staff was courteous and helpful. There were facilities in the room for cooking, which we did not use. But if you want to make your own breakfast or small meal etc, that option is available. Tidy, cozy rooms. Given the lake Bled is warm in June, it was good that there was air conditioner in the room. (you don't find that in many B&Bs in Europe). The room was on the first floor so you have to carry the heavy luggage, but again, nothing special about it. Overall, great experience.

Vila Ana Generoes was absolutely lovely. Our room/apartment was massive - it had a full kitchen, sofa, huge bathroom + bedroom with ample storage and closet space to put away your things. The AC worked super well which was needed since we happened to visit during a heat wave. It was also super clean + the house itself has so much character + charm. The lake is only a 5 minute walk away and the Vila is near a ton of restaurants all which are easily walkable. There's a ton of parking and check in was a breeze. A special thank you to the host/owner as she was LOVELY + so helpful. We had a great stay.
