We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustriaWe couldn't figure out how to turn on the hot water in the shower. We also had a hard time figuring out how to close the door. Maybe a page with instructions would be helpful.
Very nice and spacious apartment, with everything you need for a few days stay. For two people it is ideal. The furniture is not new, but everything is clean and tastefully arranged. Unfortunately we were there in January and we could not enjoy the spacious and furnished terrace. Easy check-in. The Vivat Thermal Baths are 2 minutes walking distance. Enough parking spaces.

SloveniaLittle things that would fell you comfortable were missing...bags for garbage too small, no sponge for dishes, no cloth for kitchen, just a few clothespins, bedsheets made of sintetics, not comfortable sofabed-tried better.
Very nice apartment, all basics that you expect, but no extras. Good location next to Terme Vivat, which are great, parking outside. Easy to enter, nice hosts.

SloveniaJust little things like sofa is not very comfortable for watching TV. The shower cabin and the funnel do not drain the water well - they should be cleaned.
Almost everything. Very nice and clean apartment, foothpath to Terme Vivat, with parking lot in the front of the building. Compare to next door apartment Manita which has evaluared with 9 and 10 (they have got 4.0 from me the previos week) on Booking site, this two apartments can not be compareable especialy regarding cleanliness.
