Everything was great, the apartment is an 8-minute drive from Kranjska Gora and a 15-20 minute drive from Tarvisio... arrival is possible anytime, and the hosts are very kind and friendly... we will definitely come again.

Clean, cozy, with a beautiful view on the alps! The apartment has everything you need: the kitchen is very well equipped and there is even a powerful hair-drier! Car parking close to the apartment, even a billiard in the basement and the owner is very kind! Everything you need!

Extra bed was in the living room so if one of us would wake up early we would wake up the kids. But still can't complain we had a good stay!

The location of the apartment was great, as we could easily visit interesting areas in both Italy and Slovenia. Restaurants and shops within a short drive in the nearby village of Kranjska Gora.

The appartment was lovely, modern and clean. The bed was so comfortable. In the kitchen I could have found all equipment I needed for cooking and meal preparing. The host was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay at the appartment and in Rateče in general. I really recommend and definitely my not last visit. Rating 15 out of 10✨

We absolutely loved the appartment - 10/10. It is cosy, spaceful and well equipped (you have there everything you need even for longer holiday). The appartment was super clean. The location is beautiful as well and it's the right choice, if you seek calm and slow pace place to stay. The host is friendly and helpful. We also appreciated bins for recycling. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Everything was far more than perfect. The room was spacious and clean, the host was very pleasant. In the kitchen you have everything you need (cutlery, dishes, etc.). The balcony view was mesmerizing, as well as the sound of birds singing in the morning 😊 Beautiful place to stay, highly recommend!

Nicely furnished apartment, equipped with all necessary appliances, all new. Conveniently located for visiting not only Kranjska Gora, but neighboring Austria and Italy as well, which are app. 30 min drive from the apartment each. We stayed for 5 nights while visiting ski resort in Kranjska Gora, which is only a 5 minute drive from Ratece. There are several restaurants nearby the apartment, as well as a supermarket. Heating was excellent, which is important when visiting in cold winter months. Sufficient parking space for the guests. Recommended.
