How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Zasip is a very quiet and peaceful village just few minutes from the lake Bled. Nice, cozy room. Very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast and nice owners.

Wonderful location only 2 km from Bled. Room was cleaned during the day. Very helpful host. I forgot something in the room, and they even shipped it back to my country free of charge! Really recommended

Everything was perfect! The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean, Tina was absolutely nice and friendly and taking good care of everything during our stay! Also pet friendly ! The place is wonderful and more beautiful than we expected! Definitely recommend! 👌☺️

The apartment is located in a nice little village, as an optimal starting point for adventures as rafting and zip-lining. To Bled you can walk within 20 minutes and the Vintgar gorch can be reached within approx. 45min walk. Our apartment was very nice and we could use the lovely garden whenever we wanted to. Our host Tina is very nice and supportive with special tips for tours, adventure trips and sightseeing. We felt very welcome the whole time.

An apartment for our group was a little smaller than we thought. But, basically, it did not affect our stay in this place, as most of the day we were out

so peaceful but good walking/cycling distance from Lake Bled. Really lovely hosts. Breakfast very good. Local hotel very close, great food and less expensive than similar in Lake Bled .

Perfect accomodation for staying in Triglav National Park. Whether you will stay just for one night or longer. It's just couple minutes from Bled and basically whole Triglav National Park is easily reachable by car from here. Hosts are super nice and breakfasts are perfect.

We needed a 2 night accommodation to climb Triglav, so we didn't spend much time in the apartment, but it didn't lack anything we needed.

Really picturesque place to be. Lots of possibilities for sporty activities. Nearby town of Bled is a gem of this region.

advertise the long nice bicycle path just behind the house. the path brings you all the way to Rovinj.

Tina the landlady is very nice and provided a great breakfast selection, the room was very clean with a comfortable bed and nice tide bathroom (towels were changed daily). We got great advise on sightseeing and restaurants. All in all we will be back!

The place is surrounded by beautiful moutains and offers breakfast (including homemade products). Highly reccomend.

The staff looking after the apartment were very helpful and kind. All the amenities necessary were there at a great price. If you are travelling by car it’s a great place to stay near Bled

It was a PERFECT stay. Tina has been an awesome host, gave us plenty of good advice about what to do in the area. She’s always taken her time to answer question we had and we’ve always felt like she’s really passionate about hosting people. If you’re staying with her and wanna try authentic Slovenian food, ask her about the family restaurant. Really good food there. Rooms were actually a lot nicer then what we expected, wifi was fast and beds are (super big) and comfortable. Special mention needs the breakfast. Tina prepares it fresh (wishes are accepted) every day. And something different, too. We just loved it! Thanks for a memorable experience :)
