Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Outside doesn’t look like a hotel. You enter via a slightly scruffy side entrance
Good location, helpful staff, nice touches such as free coffee, welcome gift of a cake from local bakery, farewell gift, very comfortable room with great bathroom. Staff were very helpful when I left my kindle in the room. Some good recommendations of restaurants

There is no elevator, and the restaurant where breakfast is served is small and inconvenient.
We stayed at the hotel for one night and found it to be a very good three-star hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. I appreciated the small gifts provided by the hotel at check-out, along with the traditional cakes left in our room upon arrival.

There could be a bar to drink a glass of wine or something before a sleep. I could buy it before in a store and put it into a fridge, but it is not the same. There was a vending machine with soft drinks at the reception though. There could be an elevator, but there are only two floors: round and first.
The location is close to perfect. The hotel is located on a small and quiet street but everything change around the corner. The train station, the bus station, shops, restaurants, museums and cafes are so close, the walking is the fastest. The breakfast was at hotel, it was served for a quite long time and was quite good and varied. There was no need to start strolls from looking for a meal. There was a quite fridge in the room too, probably an absorption type, if I wanted something cool.

Excellent location with private parking for an additional fee The rooms are new, modernly decorated, but the TV programs MUST BE URGENTLY CHANGED because there is nothing to watch. The breakfast is excellent. Otherwise it is not a classic hotel, as part of a residential building the rooms are located on the ground floor and first floor of the building without an elevator and without a lobby.

There was only one trash bin in the room. There were not enough hooks/racks for the towels. There was no option to pay by credit card; payment was made in cash. I would have preferred to pay by credit card. There were very few power outlets, and the ones near the bed were far back underneath it.
The hotel was located on a quiet street, and it was easy to get around on foot. It was close to the bus station, which made it convenient for us to travel to nearby cities (for example, Bled). Since we informed them in advance, we were able to check in early, but even if that hadn’t been possible, there was a place to leave our luggage. Coffee and water were available 24/7.

The chairs in the room could have been more comfortable, they were not comfortable to sit in for more than a few minutes. Not really a big deal just a comment for the management.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The distance to the center was about a 15 minute walk.

It was a bit disapointing that you cant use the USB charging units when the lights are off or when you are not in the room
The reception staff were excellent, allowing me to store my bike securely and giving me reccomendations on where to go and what to see. The young guy at reception went the extra mile to help me get a train for the next leg of my journey when they were cancelled Excellent service!

Unfortunately it wasn’t that sound proof. Could hear people walk, talk and even plates being cleaned or something.
Beautiful interior in the room. Spacious and well equipped. Got complementary Potica which was really nice.

Cons: None, to be honest. It was a perfect.
Pros: Very modern room and very clean. I can only say it was perfect from any point of view including the breakfast as well which was very good. The city center is also very close. I will definitely choose to stay again next time.

Nice hotel, rooms are spacious, modern and classy, perfect for 3 if traveling with a kid. Walking distance from the center. Parking available (with fees) which is convinient as it seems difficult to park in the center. The kind attention at our check out was a nice surprise...

There isn't a lift. Many rooms are at the groundfloor, but if you stay at the First floor, there isn't a lift.
It Is very clean. And the international breakfast Is beach and complete. It Is close to the center and It Is silent. At the end of the stay we have received a Little present.

It can be paid only in cash, which is unusual for the hotel stay.
Nice hosts at the reception and breakfast, comfortable, new, modern and clean rooms, central location walkable to city center. Goodbye gift was provided at the end of stay.
