The breakfast was good, but they served the same menu each day. Free coffee, even made at a coffee machine was of a low quality/taste. The cleanliness is generally acceptable, but there were mould spots in the shower and the drainage was clogged.

The location, using GPS was somehow hard to find, but it was quiet and very close to the road. You may find nearby a commercial complex. The staff is kindly and attentive, and they are willing to solve any problem that may occur.

We liked the location as it was near our business meeting which was part of our roadtrip. The room was very spacious, although it was old furnished. The breakfast was tasty so overall feeling is good.

Air conditioning didn’t work well in the room we stayed in. In a heat wave it was uncomfortable. We were in the junior suite. Wouldn’t recommend this particular room again, but rest of hotel fine.

Great place to stay and very convenient for passing through Slovenia. Staff were lovely. No evening restaurant, but food options and supermarkets nearby.

Good stop if you have some business at the nearby airport. Located next to the shopping center and good places to eat and drink. Although located close to the airport the noise of arriving/departing aircraft was no issue at all.

For some reason it was impossible to control the room temperature. We tried to turn off heat to no avail. Very very warm in our room. We were thankful we could open a window.

Little bit overpriced.

Nice clean hotel in the outskirts of the town. Modern building with secure underground parking (limited spaces) very close to the motorway. Very nice buffet breakfast and lovely friendly staff.

The hotel is close by car to llubljana (30 minutes) and to Bled (25 minutes). However, the hotel itself is quite secluded. There are more industrial facilities nearby and you'd have to take a drive for some restaurants.

The hotel was nice and comy. The rooms were nice and big enough with a good view on the mountains.t There was also parking space in a closed garage!

The breakfast area is too small for the moment when everyone comes in. You can't even squeeze through or sit comfortably at the table without bumping people behind you. The food is replenished, but the serving area is also very small so the staff has to do it all the time. All in all a decent hotel, but not really 4-star quality.

Located in the shopping district of Kranj, with parking in front of the hotel. Fast check-in and attentive staff. Very big room, clean on the surface, but things like carpet could use a deep cleaning.

The cleaning lady, who once even forgot to come. (The receptionist managed the situation when I told her.) The view was pretty disappointing, guess, because we got bargain prices.

Breakfast had limited selection of hot food and wont consider this buffet. No kettles to make tea or pressing iron in the room.

Room was nice and tidy, with hallways and entrances also clean, overall clean and tidy. The phone in my room was not working and the toilet sink plug was stuck so could not use sink.
