May be a bit noisy at night when peaple walke the streat ( groud floor) and there is a problem to park, because it is located in pedestrian area and it is not easy to find spot to park on the steet. So parking is a main problem and fact that you got to carry your luggage.

Central location by the river, walking distance form restaurants, bars. Good room with comy bed, clean bathroom, easy to check in, nice stuff.

I've stayed here before. The accommodation is still very good. Location is (still) great - maybe during warmer nights it is not so convenient to be in the room on the ground floor because of the noise from the promenade. But again, that depends on your age : ) Room is super clean, staff is very polite.

The room view was near the motion activated lamp so I needed a few nights to get used to it. There were blinds but I do not like to darken the room

The bathrooms clearly have damp issues and smelt accordingly. Very basic rooms and beds. Really hot rooms.

The location could not be better for visiting the city. Right on the riverfront in the pedestrianised zone. Friendly staff (albeit at the hostel 50 yards away) Very good shower. You get what you pay for here compared to the big chain hotels.

On our arrival we were allowed to leave the luggage as we arrived before check in. Went for a day to lake Bled and upon arrival at 10.30 pm room was cold and window open. Temperature was - 4. There was no warm water to shower and when we spoke to reception she told us they had problems with heating system in the whole block and we have to wait. This was a lie since we asked the persons opposite our room and they had everthing in order. Problem with heating system was solved after 45 mins to which made us believe they forgot to switch on the heating system in our room but still no warm water. Reception was now closed so we called emergency number and the person (a male) was very arrogant. He told us we have to wait until morning or get a refund and go find somewhere else. At 11.30pm, outside freezing where could we go! He told us to speak to the manager the next day. In the morning we went to speak to the manager and we got to know that he was the same person we spoke on the phone and that he rarely is at the premises. Room has no black out blinds and a sensor light from outside lit up the room during the night. 2nd day was fine. We filed a complaint with Booking and we were refunded €4 😂

Great stay, the room was clean and comfortable. The friendly staff also let us check in an hour early as we had arrived on a morning bus! Perfectly located along the river and a short walk to the city centre. Wouldn’t change a thing and would happily rebook!

The shower. Was fixed in the wall and too high, wetting my hair every time, I prefer the flexible hose shower.

The property is located in a very nice area, close to the city centre. Room was clean and warm and bed was comfortable. Staff at the reception was very nice, friendly and helpful.

Very squeaky bed, it was so noisy it was waking me up during the night. Also the hotel is in the city centre where there are parties just outside your window and drunk people are screaming… obviously it’s not hotel fault but something to have in mind if you are looking for a quiet place
