Rooms did seem a little dated but having said theywere clean and comfortable!! Would recommend staying here!!

Wonderful location , beautiful swimming in the warm sea, nice bar by the sea during the day. Excellent food at dinner! Good choices! Paid extra for sea view and well worth it!! Staff very friendly and always smiling!!

Very basic room, decor and bed cover tired. Main lobby, restaurant and pool ok. Buffet food like school dinners ( over cooked) especially vegetables. The pool is used by school children most of the day and therefore out of bounds for hotel guests. When we arrived there were 200 Italian 15 to 17 year olds staying in addition to the children using the pool. The hotel was like a school playground with the teenagers being over exuberant until after midnight ... running up and down corridors screaming and knocking on doors for fun. Apparently the hotel has lots of school groups staying so if you can stand highly charged youths performing mating rituals in to the night this place is passable.

Good location by Adriatic, nice pool and sheltered parking. Great hotel gardens for relaxing.

Family bed seems to have NO mattress at all. I felt, like I was laying on the stone, literally. We received no baby bed and no linen for the 3rd guest on arrival. The small one had to sleep in a buggy first night. However, we received an excuse discount at the end, the impression was spoiled. A "beach" was not prepared for the season yet (beg of May) and there was quite a lot waiste in water and on the beach. Playing room is poor equipped. It's a pity that indoor swimming pool closes at 19:00 on all days except Sun. I cannot see a good reason for this.

We stayed in a family number. The sea view is stunning, the number was big of a two room with a huge balcony along both rooms. Breakfast was rather good. The territory around is pleasant, full of trees and flowers. There is enough place to walk with a baby buggy.

Free parking, quite a choice for breakfast, nice area of the hotel. There was also a swimmingpool (indoor and outdoor) but we have not tried any of them (outdoor was not opened in May). Rooms are a bit old but clean.

Everything. Bed was like sleeping on a stone, room stank and the carpet needed replacing 10 years ago, basin tap was completely warn down, shower door didn't open. Perfect weather and all outside facilities were still closed...

    Nothing

The hotel is situated in a beautiful quiet location, with plenty of outdoor things to do. Lots of lovely walks on a nice day, or the spa and pool on a rainy day. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The dinner buffet was really good, lovely seafood and salad- overall the best stay I’ve had in a 3/4 star hotel. I was able to check in early and was lucky to be given an upgrade. 10/10 for customer service! I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

An extra bed for the baby was a bit cheaper, and you could feel every spring separately.

I liked the environment, also nice staff and great pool for kids. Also nice garage for cars and bicycles.

A big old style hotel. could use some renovation and better room ameneties. Not enough value for money.

On the Strunjan beach only a few minutes drive from Piran. Nice pools and wellness center. Breakfast was pretty good.

    - months after the booking they simply announced us that our room will not be in the 4-star facility, but in a 3-star one inside the complex (no option to refuse) - we received a way too large room (probably a junior suite), we didn't need that much space, we would've loved some more quality maybe - i know it was during the weekend and at the beach during the summer, but that price was WAY to high for what they offered, especially with the stars-downgrade - the so-called beaches are basically some cement entrances to the sea (if you want beaches at the Adriatic sea, you probably should go to a nicer place in Croatia) - the hotel is situated in a gulf, so the currents bring dirt in the water (pretty annoying)

    - friendly staff - large(huge), clean room - ok breakfast - TV from 1980, WiFi ok

A free parking place was granted however sometimes it was difficult to find a free place as hotel is selling tickets to the parking zone to external beach guests. The waiters were slow in serving the drinks to the dinner and did not make an impression to be engaged. Umbrellas and beach beds available for extra fee-3 and 5 eur/day respectively.

The hotel area is really big with a lot of great nature that is very well preserved. The hotel is located in a quiet area with a direct access to the beach that is quite big. Great sea view from a balcony; spacious room with air conditioning working really well. Nice swimming pool with infant pools (both in and outside). Extra entertainment in a season: mini disco for kids, disney cartoon characters etc.

The cleaning lady knocked on the door and woke us up at 7am. When I went down to the reception to ask what's going on, they said that their guests are by that hour usually already in the swimming pool(?!). The room was cold, the couch had dirty spots all over it and the air was as if nobody vented the room since the summer.
