The place is charming, warm and family friendly - it could just use a bit of modernisation, for example the bathrooms could be modernised/refurbished.

The location was perfect and the staff were super friendly and helpful. A cosy and family friendly hotel.

The stuff was extremely nice!!!! Once the dinner was over at 19:30 and we didn’t know it, and we came at 19:35, they allowed us to go and have dinner, we were alone and had a perfect dinner served just for us! Presents for children at Christmas Eve was very sweet 🥰🎄

The water pressure in the shower was almost all the time very weak.

Property is along a very windy road that is hard to navigate in the dark. Property could use better signage and lighting for after dark arrivals. Facilities were nice overall but the room could use updating, especially the beds.

Beautiful quiet location. Nice pool. Comfortable common areas. Nice selection of food options with half board. Enjoyed being able to access Maribor via the gondola.

Sign for reception was not clearly visible first. Apartment was cold when we have arrived. Was not clear if Sauna is included or not. Home Slippers would be nice to have. Towels for wellnes also was not included and you need to bring your own.

Brakfast was so good. Locatios i great, you are right away on ski slopes and gondola. Easy approach. Parking space is available near accomodation.

Great location in the middle of the forest, hiking trails nearby, large room, very good and varied breakfast. The staff was very pleasant, waited for us as we were late and beyond the check-in time. Much appreciated!

Breakfast was good. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are big and clean however the beds are very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The mattress feels like it’s from the 1980s. Other than that everything else was great.

It is bit away from the closest ski tracks, i.e. five to ten minutes walk in the snow with skis on the back. The main skiing resort Areh is some 15 min drive away, or there is a bus that comes with ski pass. Sauna is not included in the main offer with swimming pool. That deteriorates the feeling of welcomeness.

Cool hotel at the top of the mountain. Staying was calm and pleasant. Staff was nice and welcoming. With swimming pool included in the main offer.

"Unfortunately, our experience with the food was not the best. On our first night, the buffet included chicken wings that were clearly spoiled. We brought it to the waitress’s attention, and she confirmed we were right, apologized, and said they had been removed — but it left a very bad impression right at the start of our stay. A few days later, I also noticed mold forming on cut grapefruit served at breakfast. Additionally, many breakfast items like yogurt, milk, and cold cuts were not kept chilled, even during a heatwave with temperatures around 30°C. It's hard to fully relax on vacation when you're worried about food safety. Had the food quality and handling been better, I would have rated our stay much higher."

The pool area was fantastic – the water was the perfect temperature, and the jacuzzi was a real treat. We also enjoyed the variety of saunas available. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the cable car, making it easy to explore the area. My child loved the playroom, and we were surrounded by stunning nature the entire time.
