Excellent place for a transit stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions. Communication was great. The place was very clean, and everything seemed new or looked like new. Note: check the description carefully; some rooms have a private kitchen while others share one. Garage parking is monitored. The price is unbeatable.

Minor things: no hand towels and shower holder was missing

It was a nice and well taken care place. Good sized and comfortable bedroom. Covered parking is also very good. Location is very conveniently close to the city center and very near to a grocery store.

The room is not that spacious, but it does feature a big closet and bed, so not a big deal for a short stay.

The location is great, it is close to the city center and all the important monuments. It is quite clean, renovated, and modern, equipped with all the necessities for a short stay. The shared kitchen is also well maintained and has everything you need.

We had a truly exceptional stay at this beautiful home in the heart of Maribor! The location couldn’t be better — incredibly central, just a short walk from the city’s most iconic landmarks, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that offers the perfect balance between vibrant city life and restful retreat. The house itself is wonderfully comfortable, tastefully decorated with a modern and cozy aesthetic. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s fully equipped with everything a couple might need, from a well-appointed kitchen to a spacious room. One of the standout features was the secure, on-site parking — a rare find in such a central location. The private parking spots are conveniently located within the property, well-maintained, and monitored by security cameras, giving us complete peace of mind throughout our stay. The host was outstanding — incredibly friendly, responsive, and flexible with check-in and check-out times. Communication was smooth, clear, and always timely. It was evident that they genuinely care about the comfort and experience of their guests. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Maribor!

Very clean, super comfy bed and pillows. Close to the center and a lovely park, very quiet and restful place. Maybe a little table or desk in the room would have been nice. The shared kitchen is great, it has all that you need. Good parking spot and great communucaton wit h the owner.
