Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is near the Hotel Park and is easy to get to by bus as the bus stop is just up the road from the hotel.It is part of a building that houses the central bled restaurant, but there is no noise and the food is excellent. The hotel itself is traditionally decorated with beautiful wood floor, doors and staircase.The room(25) was a double and bigger than expected. Lovely shower, comfortable bed and a fabulous view of the castle and Julian Alps especially at night and early morning The room has a kettle, refrigerator , free tea bags and coffee and sweets.A small supermarket is 2 minute walk down the hill and 5 minute walk from the lake.

Very basic hotel but comfortable and clean. We were in an attic room thar was up four flights of stairs. We ate in the restaurant one evening and it was very nice.

United KingdomLack of space in the room, nowhere to put our bags really. Bed too big for the space. Breakfast too expensive - we didn't order it at €15 each. Pillows were very thin.
Good location, central, couple of minutes from the lake and 10 from the bus station. Nice style to the building, unfortunately the room was very cramped with little space. There is a kettle and fridge (but the latter is under the table leaving no room for your legs. Shutters make the room dark.

AustriaThe interior feels a bit outdated. Not sure if it’s intentional for a traditional vibe, but it could use a refresh. The bathroom was particularly dated, and could benefit from renovation. The room had a specific, slightly uncomfortable smell, which detracted from the overall comfort. The room size was on the smaller side, which might be a consideration for longer stays or travelers with more luggage.
The location is excellent—convenient for exploring Bled and its surroundings. The room was clean, which is always a top priority. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety, though there’s still room for improvement.

The rooms and whole place is so tastefully decorated with timber work and pictures of bled from over the years. Air conditioned rooms helped during this hot spell. Breakfast was the best as well. The location is perfect – Lake Bled is just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We travelled with our French bulldog, and while the stairs were a bit challenging with a dog, it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. Special thanks to the kind receptionist – she went above and beyond to help us. Our car broke down, and since everything in Bled was fully booked due to the long weekend, we urgently needed accommodation for the next few days. She made several phone calls and managed to find us a lovely and great-value hotel nearby. We were so grateful for her help.

IsraelThe room was small and the shades were insufficient to block out the light. There are many stairs which are uncomfortable if you have walked all day The hotel dies provide parking but we were blocked twice and needed to wait.
