Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

From the moment when you enter in the yard, the facility , rooms, restaurant and probably the most comfortable hotel beds. Everything is perfect. And staff is amazing.

The hotel rooms them selves are clean and basic. Nothing fancy at all. They have an outdated TV, but we really didn’t care about that at all. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We have been camping for two weeks and had a lot of heavy baggage to haul from the parking lot to the hotel lobby check in. They didn’t really have a cart for us so we had to carry everything. Not a huge deal breaker, but should be noted.
The Michelin star restaurant was fantastic. We had the most amazing meal. I don’t know the last time I spent two hours enjoying a meal with my husband. We had to leave early in the morning for the airport and the stuff prepared to to go boxes with small sandwiches, fruit, and a drink for our journey. That was very thoughtful. It was nice that the hotel was just a few minutes away from the airport but you didn’t feel like you were at a hotel near the airport. The stuff called us a cab to get a ride to the airport early in the morning.

Breakfast was the best we ever had!! Location is beautiful, nice nature and mountains, 20min drive to Ljubljana. Room was small but clean and comfortable.

I was counting that there would be a shuttle bus, but a nice guest offered me a ride to the airport. I had to be there at 8 a.m.
I liked very much the enthousiasme from the staff, excellent breakfast and and shower!

It was a very nice property with a very pleasant restaurant. There was a wedding and reception the night we were there. It was lovely when the attendees serenaded the newly weds at midnight but the band continued to play until about 3:30AM which was a little too much.

A bit more flexibility - we had to choose between a full breakfast and the packaged one at check in (which I will admit was late) and we didn't know if we can notify the receptionist later. However, the package is a nice solution
A very large room and especially the bathroom. Unfortunately, we had very little time there before our morning flight, so we didn't have a proper breakfast (we got a package with 3 sandwiches, a fruit and juice)

Very close to the airport (5min) with a big and free parking. The hotel Restaurant is on the Michelin guide, so you can imagine how good the food is, unfortunately we arrived late after 20h00, and the kitchen closes at 20h00. The breakfast has all the essentials, and the same team of the restaurant bakes all the bread, even baked more white bread just for us, also I had the best scrambled eggs in my life. All the staff was very nice, ! Was nice to see the bathroom with good ammenities, and even body lotion!

The only negative thing I can distinguish would be that there is no fridge in the room (there is although 1 on our floor just across the elevator and everyone on that floor can put food there). Another thing our room did not have a terrace (I do not know for other rooms). Everything else was perfect and I recommend this hotel.
The hotel is really clean and nice, everything is like on the pictures, the restaurant and breakfast they are serving is also magnificent (it is a little bit short of selections but everything they offer is very delicious), they serve water, orange juice and offer coffee (a good coffee made from a professional coffee machine) included in the breakfast. I definitely recommend.

Noise of the AC, it was like water flowing. At the check-in was not informed about the breakfast time, so I overslept it.

We booked three rooms. Two came without, one with air conditioning.
Free parking, very close to the airport, great restaurant. We're absolutely satisfied with this place. Amazing breakfast!
