Check in window is very small (3pm to 8pm) is very difficult to accommodate depending on flight delays or bus/train delays and bathroom was clean but had a bad sewage smell.

You have a refrigerator in you room near your bed and it is constantly making strange sounds, it is a problem when you are sleeping and suddenly the fridge starts to roar.

The location was only 10 min by walk to the city centar. The rooms are perfect size with a new renovated bathroom. The beds are strangely low but comfortable :) There are lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.

We were 2 couples and the dinning room is a little bit small for 4 adults. The sink in the kitchen is located in a corner, it is uncomfortable to wash dishes but since it has a dishwasher you don't use it too much.

I don't really like the pillows. They are not pillows AT ALL. Very big and flat.They are not even full of cotton, so can't support neck while sleep.(It's like uncomfortable cushion on the sofa.) The mattress is thin too.

Location is great. Only 10mins walk to bus stop if you are planning to Lake Bled or Postojna cave. It is also very close to the center. The staff is really helpful!! P.S the building doesn't have a lift, but the hotel (it's more like Airbnb) is on 1F.

Perfect for short but also for longer stay. Room was spacious and clean, with bonus massage chair. Bed also comfy and spacious. Almost in the center, walking distance to everywhere in the central area of the city, yet calm and nice for rest after long walks. Many restaurants, bistros and other facilities for food and drinks, and shopping as well.

It was slightly cold and there was something like wood lice on the toilet paper at first.

The beds were uncomfortable. The room was solid clean but not perfectly clean as the high ratings would suggest. Also there was bit bad smell coming from sewer.

Location is superb. Room and bathroom is spacious. There is enoguh room for all stuff. There ia self checkout option which ia great.

Reception is not always open. Had to call the person when we arrived and waited for few minutes for the person to arrive. It would be nice if there is a staff at the reception atleast during the check in hours

Excellent location. Walkable distance from central bus and train stations. Most of the major attractions in Ljubljana are reachable by foot. Room was also comfortable with all the facilities provided. Clean and well maintained also

The location was really good near the center of the old town. The room worked out for the night. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was remodelled nicely and we had a corner balcony for our room.

The stay was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking assistance was great. The room was everything it needed to be, very satisified, there was even a fridge. I slept well and the shower was good, the hair dyer worked well too. and there was a full length mirror.

The equipment was little bit out-dated, the room needs some repairs and definitely more cleaning. Eventhough we announce our arrival in advance, we had to wait and send several message before the staff let us in.
