Whoever’s job it is to buy the mattresses is really letting the side down… the mattresses are shockingly bad. You can feel the individual springs when you lie on the bed. I was in pain after 2 nights.

The guys that run this place knock the ball out of the park. Incredibly helpful, but also warm, funny and kind. The hiking around the hotel is amazing and the staff told us about a mountain hut with a schnapps honesty bar. A really memorable experience.

The dinner options are limited in the area unless you drive down the mountain into town or nearby. This means you mostly stay at hotel for dinner. The a la carte lunch menu is brilliant! The buffet dinner is very average, especially for the price. It was ok, just not great.

Incredibly easy to get to both driving up and if you get the cable car. We spent a long weekend here and it was the perfect base to explore the mountain. The room was incredibly spacious. Very clean. Beautiful views. The staff were amazing, so friendly and so helpful. The lunch menu and bar were brilliant. Relaxing and fun with great views and vibes. We will be returning next year!

Very nice hotel in the heart of the mountain, just next to the upper station of the gondola. The staff was very polite and helpful. Keep in mind to call them when you are at the barrier, so you don't pay entrance ticket to reach the hotel.

The hotel loacation is perfect for enjoyfull trips the beautifull mountains. The personnel is fantastic, they provide great hospitality. The food in restaurant is top quality. I recommend the breakfast as it is for a kings.

The room could be cleaned a little better but we didn't mind. We missed a dinning table in our family room, not for food but for playing board games.

The hotel is very cozy with young cheerfull stuff. The atmosphere is very relaxed and we felt great there. Breakfast and dinner very good. Sauna area is great! Special thanks to Matej and Gorazd, your energy and positivity made our stay even better!

The staff at the Rozka Hotel were so lovely and really went out of their way to accommodate and make us feel at home. The location was faultless, literally ski-in-ski-out. I fully recommend the hot chocolate's as well!!

Very small ski village area with only hotels open in the evening. Fine for families but no apres ski.

Fantastic staff. Very friendly and helpful and always cheerful. Hotel right next to top of cable car and that is the best way to get there. Also next to all the ski lifts and can ski to the door. Sauna very good.

Very convenient as hotel situated close to a ski lift. Breakfast was excellent and perfect start for all day skiing - the same applies to dinner - very tasty and convenient to have meal facilities at the hotel. Staff was amassing - big smile and very helpful - during the whole stay! I used a sauna facilities that is clean and spacious. Will be back !
