The family room had not enough storage space to keep the clothes and the shower/toilet room had a bad smell.

Didn't really feel like a hotel, with remote check in and lots of codes and key boxes. Check out was difficult as it required going back up to the room to leave the car park card (so where do you leave the car?) Celovška cesta is a noisy road from quite early.

Nice space, plenty of room. WiFi & TV worked. Bathroom fine. Really great to have parking in anywhere central in Ljubljana. Friendly cleaning staff.

Our room looked out onto the street so we kept the blinds down - unfortunately the only lighting in the room is overhead and VERY bright, a lamp or similar would’ve been appreciated.

The room was comfortable and well-appointed. We appreciated the space, the comfort of the bed & the provided tea, coffee and chocolate. Very close to bus lines so it was easy to get around.

The room is smaller than it looks in photos, but it was still okay. However, the room has a problem with humidity. There was no mold, but we could feel high humidity in the air and the smell of it. There is a device for controlling humidity, however, that was not helping so much.

The location was quite nice, only two bus stops from the center. Many bus lines. The bed was comfy. The AC works perfectly. The place was clean. Clear self check-in and checkout instructions. Having tea, coffee and chocolates in the room was a nice touch. Room has a TV with Netflix (Jennifer, you forgot to log out). Bathroom has a hair dryer, the shower was great and it contains shampoo and shower gel dispensers.

The room is on the first floor, has 2 windows facing a busy road. Some appliances are too loud, but they can be turned off. Quite far from the city center, about 40 minutes on foot.

Beautiful room, wonderful staff, who provided detailed instructions on accommodation all the time before and during the stay at the hotel. The room had everything stated and needed. The room is designed for a maximum of 2 people. Nearby there are budget shops and restaurants where you can have a tasty and budget-friendly dinner.

Limited hot water, very noisy street, but with closed windows it is ok. Not good wifi signal in room. Not sure if luggage can be stored after checkout. If not, then I think it is more appropriate to name the property as rooms, not hotel.

Additional information where to park the car while you get the card to enter the parking lot would be helpful.

A disgrace. Room was full of mold it smelled terrible. Water had a very low pressure. We were forced to sleep with the windows open due to the smell, so we had all the noise from the road waking us up non stop. We had insects in the room too, but that I think is common to any Liubliana hotel or house during summer. It's labeled as a hotel, but a hotel should have service at least during the day, nothing like that in there, staff is non existent basically. 110€/night for such a place is terrible but all Liubliana is expensive so not sure what the alternative would be. Internet is terrible too. 5G did not work in the room, the wifi hung up or lagged a lot. Buy dehumidifiers and treat the mold!!!

Furniture not very convenient for eating or conversation. Noise level from road traffic was constant and quite annoying.

Amazing place overall. Good private parking spot with card access, about 200m away from the hotel. Very nice and kind staff, always prompt and clear answers on booking app. Free water bottles during the stay, free coffe, tea and chocolare in the room. The room looks very good, spatious and clean and the bed is super confortable. Plus, the room has an electric kettle and a little fridge. Bathroom very clean, full containers of shower gel and shampoo, nice and clean towels. Good wifi speed. Also very close to the bus station (3-4 min walk to the bus station with really quick access to city center), also a lidl really close (5 min walk)

The hotel was really nice and very clean. It is close to Tivoli park and its great for a walk in the morning. The staff was very helpful and they were always available to answer any kind of questions.
