Only one thing, we weren’t allowed to dine on a table set for 4 as we were only 2. The restaurant was not busy, I didn’t want to sit by the carpark so ended sitting on an unmade table for 2. Food was delicious though. Nobody sat on the tables for 4 while we were there.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. Lovely room, fab shower, awful hairdryer (one if those attached to the wall that you can’t style your hair with), comfortable bed. We had a balcony which was nice. We stayed for 2 nights but were still allowed the “Chocolate package” which included the most amazing massage and a couple of free chocolate bars. Fabulous breakfast.

Mattraces way too soft for our taste, sinking with us in the middle.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, rich and diverse breakfast, 10-minute walk from the lake, free parking. Sauna and jacuzzi available on demand and for extra charge (as communicated). Also nice restaurant offering a c. €25/person 3-course pre-set dinner menu or a 20% discount on a la carte for guests of the hotel.

Very tiny rooms, very limited and cramped parking spaces, thus parking is difficult.

We booked a family room which was very spacious and comfortable, had a bath tub as well as a separate shower. The hotel is very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great!

As we were travelling in August it did get quite hot and a fan or AC would have made it more comfortable. A mirror in the bedroom that had a sink would also have been useful. An outside area in the sun with some comfortable chairs to read would have been a nice touch as well.

We loved the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff. The apartment was spacious for 4 people in a very quiet area. The staff were all very helpful and always had a smile. We would recommend the hotel to our family and friends, in the same way it was recommended by a family member to us.

The hotel was welcoming and friendly from the minute we stepped through the door . Our room was lovely, bed comfortable. We ate at the hotel as they had set menus and a la carte to choose from and the food was delicious. The location for us was perfect. It was a 5min walk from the lake with all the activities at hand. The actual town of Bohinj was a bus ride away but we weren't interested in going there.

Cozy rooms, beautiful interior design with amazing paintings, outstanding restaurant! There’s a sauna available but you need to book in advance so do it as the first thing when you arrive otherwise there’s a high chance it won’t be available. Breakfast was sufficient and very tasty, offering local products, like cheese,homemade jams etc. Just few minutes from the lake and there’s a bus stop that will take you up to the mountains for hiking trails. Super nice owner and restaurant staff. And very good wine selection!

The room didn't have any amenities like a kettle or mini fridge or anything,, but for a couple of nights it wasn't a problem

The staff were very helpful, and packed a breakfast for me when I had to check out early. The single room was quite small, but still enough room for one person, and comfy. The location was great, just a nice 10 minute walk from the lake

I wish there had been a little more privacy. The walls are a bit thin, and the balconies were close to each other without full dividers. If you stood at the balcony, you could see the other residents next to you, and you could hear anyone on their balcony. The bathroom also did not have a fully sealed door and some of the wall had frosted glass with some clear parts.

Based on the photos, the hotel looks nice but nothing too special. However, I cannot stress how wonderful the staff and hotel were! Everyone was very relaxed and happy to help. The wine selection was very good, and the food was very delicious and reasonably priced, especially for its high quality. The property is quiet, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. It was a very short and easy walk to Bohinj.

The rooms are not air conditioned and get very hot even when it is mild outside - we found the room difficult to cool down even with the window open throughout the night. Minor complaint but the walls seem very thin and there is bit of a gap between the bottom of the room door and hallway, which means you can really hear everything from neighbouring rooms and noise from the hallway - luck of the draw whether you are next to noisy people or not!

Lovely location just a few minutes down to the lake and there are restaurants and a supermarket very close by. The staff were exceptional - we really felt very welcomed and taken care of. We loved the balcony as it had a view of Triglav and other mountains. The breakfast was very good too. We really liked the home made chocolate - if you stay here you must try it!
