The property is in the center so everything is easy to reach. It is also great that they have parking on site, so you don’t have to worry about where to park the vehicle.

The kitchen seemed well-equipped at first glance, but when we actually tried to use it we found it wasn't very practical. Like only a giant knife for chopping stuff, or we tried to make an omelette but switched it to scrambled eggs when we realised there were no utensils suitable for flipping an omelette. I think we bought our own detergent to wash the dishes, too. We would also have liked some cleaning equipment provided, like a broom, as we were travelling with small children and kids are messy! Also, the parking area is quite small and they don't assign you a specific spot, so if you have a large vehicle and come back late after a day trip, the only spot(s) left will be really hard to get into.

Great location in the centre. We booked an "apartment" that turned out to be pretty much the size of a house; spread over two levels, three bedrooms and more than one bathroom per bedroom! It was clean, the beds were comfortable and staff came to change the towels every day. You also get a discount at restaurants owned by the same company and the pizza we had downstairs was nice. It's in a pedestrian area but you can arrange to enter in advance and park behind the hotel.

Central location, it couldn't be more central. The hotel is located at kilometer 0 of Maribor. Very spacious apartment with 2 separate bedrooms. Luxury apartment facilities. 10* rating.

Lacked in glasses and cups, providing only 6 in a 4 bed apartment. Was a little unclean with huge amounts of dust in some corners and the dishwasher still had dishes in it when we arrived.

Location and size were amazing. The rooms were huge and the balcony was great.

Room could use some maintenance. Doors didn’t open and close fully or easily. Locks didn’t work on bathrooms so no way to even latch the doors. Main door had no deadbolt or lock. Wifi was very slow and weak. Parking fee should be included.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and had a very good selection albeit pricey. Room was large and accommodated our family of 4 very comfortably.

Limited air conditioning and hot water. Not all rooms have ac units. Mine had a small one and it was adequate but if temps were hotter may have been uncomfortable. Ran out of hot water quickly each day but made do! I would not let either prevent me from returning but I would definitely request room with AC!

Everything was wonderful!

Could be more bigger cups in the kitchen, maybe salt, oil, and some smaller knifes, because there were only two, and very big for cutting something.

Location, really big appartment with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, big terrase, stuff helpfull and nice, parking by the hotel. Everything very close, very good bakery near the hotel.

Sadly we couldn’t open the glass Louvres which are coloured orange to match the roof tiles so we couldn’t see the view from the main room and terrace and it made the terrace quite hot.

Lovely modern renovation of an old building. Our apartment was very spacious with a well furnished kitchen and an upstairs bedroom with great views.
