There is not one negative thing I can say. We loved everything. In fact, our girls liked Alex so much that they insisted we buy him a present. So we took them shopping to purchase some chocolates for him and his wife.

Alex and Marina are, by far, the most gracious hosts we have ever met (and we’ve traveled the world) -- their attentiveness and helpfulness was beyond any expectation, and they made our stay feel like we were at an exclusive resort, being catered to, (Hotels and their staff can learn a lot from you, Alex. You should be a trainer in hospitality etiquette and how to be a kind human being.) The cozy Inn/B&B offers free parking, and the location is excellent: we walked to dinner every night and Alex shared all of his favorite restaurants on a welcome sheet so we did not need to do any research – he even drew us a map, and called to make us reservations. He helped us plan our ski days and we ended up skiing in Austria at Gerlitzen (because the weather in Kranjska was not great) -- the drive was only 40 minutes (and scenic) and Alex saved the day! Our room was extremely clean, spacious and had everything we needed -- just the right amount of storage, and all of the essentials. We even had our own patio/balcony which was great for the kids. My husband and I had our own room, so we could tuck our girls in and close their door. For a family of four, the space was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful -- lots of options. We hope to someday return to Pari Marusi. Thank you so very much for such an incredible stay.

Honestly, one of the best hotels we had overall, not only in Slovenia! This is a rare place where hotel owners actually think how to make rooms comfortable, not just for the sake of nice photos. Heating was working very well in September. Breakfast was wonderful, owners even adjusted it for our own taste.

There is no A/C, just something to keep in mind. We were there in October on the top floor and the room was a bit warm but not a show stopper.

Our host was awesome, very friendly & accommodating. He provided us great suggestions on sights to see (and not to bother with--given the rainy weather), restaurants, and general history of the area. Liked how he showed us pictures on his phone of the sights he recommended and gave us travel time/distance to them.

Alex was the very best host! He enthusiastically engaged with us and helped us find things around town including restaurant recommendations and hikes. We found this as we walked the Juliana Trail to be a top-notch, comfortable accommodation set in a quiet part of this lovely town.

The view from our balcony was beautiful! Our room was comfortable and very clean! The owner was super friendly and gave us so many recommendations on what to do in the area. You can tell he really loves Slovenia and wants to share the beauty of Slovenia with everyone! He took the time time to explain to us where things were in the town and in the national park.

Breakfast was AMAZING- a beautiful large and fresh spread. The whole property and the little town it was in was an absolute dream. The place was beautifully decorated and very modern and clean. The innkeeper was so kind and considerate and helpful.

Everything was great during our stay.

The room was big, nicely decorated and clean. It is very well located to explore Krajna Gora and the nearby area. In addition, breakfast is super complete. The owner is very kind and helpful. He gave us many good recommendations about places to visit and where to go for eating.

Everything was simply fantastic. Rooms are clean, beautiful and very comfortable with the outstanding view. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of different types of products, diary, fruit, vegetable,.. Owners are very nice, always there to help you with anything you need and provide you with a cup of coffee :) We even got a small gift at the end of our stay. I felt as staying in a hotel. Definitely reccommend to go there.

We recieved such a warm and d friendly welcome and were even sent away with snacks for our cycle up Vrsic Pass. Everything was extremely clean and fresh. There was a little balcony outside our room with an amazing view, and a little garden outside with seating. We enjoyed a drink there on arrival, and breakfast in the morning. The property is a short stroll from the restaurants and shops in the centre. There was a garage for keeping out bikes. And the host gave us loads of recommendations of activities- if only we’d had more time!
