Super friendly & welcoming host, sorry we weren't there long enough to enjoy the bottle of fizz we were very kindly given on arrival. Very clean & comfortable family room with excellent facilities throughout the apartment, everything we needed & more! Beautiful, huge garden, which unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy but will definitely be back to explore that area & stay again. Thank you Nina!

Excellent apartment with a lovely and friendly host. Nina was so welcoming to us along either her little daughter. The garden is beautiful. Lovely views, huge space. The kids loved the large pool. Nina greeted us and showed us the lovely apartment. She also gave us a bottle of bubbles and orange juice for the kids. We only stayed one night but could have stayed a lot longer. Beautiful views and really lovely sitting in the garden in the evening. Would recommend staying here, especially as a family!

There is not a free shuttle to the airport and the buses are a bit difficult to navigate but the host was so kind and drove us to the airport. Absolutely wonderful! She can also set up a taxi service for you if needed.

The Zala apartment is luxurious! Such a beautiful apartment and the garden is gorgeous with views of the mountains. There is a private sauna in the apartment which was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The hosts are so helpful and kind. I wish we could stay there longer!

Our stay was wonderful! The garden was absolutely amazing, the sauna a real treat, and we were welcomed with bubbles on arrival. Everything was so well organised, a truly enjoyable experience.

Great host, beautiful rooms and great location if you visit Krvavec mountain, need a sleepover close to Airport or Ljubljana. I truly recommend this property for everyone.

It was a bit disconcerting to be in the basement, but it was very nicely and thoughtfully done. There is only one shared bathroom and I don't think we would have been as happy with the space if we had to share it with others. Our room was quite small, but we were able to spread out because no one else was there. It is NOT cheap to take a shuttle from the airport, although Nina did make the arrangments for us.

Nina was very helpful and receptive. The rooms were very nicely done with a lot of thought given to the entire downstairs living area. There was a great kitchen space, a sauna if you wanted to use it (which we didn't), and a nice outdoor space. Zala (their 4-year-old daughter) is adorable!

Nina and her husband built and designed most of it themselves, and it shows: the apartment is creative, beautifully designed, and has everything you could need. It feels warm, cozy, and full of character. We were honestly sad to stay just one night before our flight—we would have loved to enjoy it for longer. Nina is a lovely host: warm, friendly, and full of helpful tips and information. All in all, we had a truly delightful stay at Nina’s place.

We had an unforgettable ski trip at this property, which is conveniently located just a short drive from the cable car. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was her delightful homemade apple pies, which were a lovely touch. Throughout our visit, she was always available to assist us, ensuring we had everything we needed. She even provided us with a comprehensive list of nearby attractions and activities. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and accommodating stay during their ski adventures!

We stayed in the family room for one night prior to our early morning flight back to the UK so booked it due to the proximity to the airport. But the accommodation completely exceeded our expectations, offering a beautiful place to stay. Nina, the host, could not have done any more to welcome us and make us feel at home. She even baked us a welcome apple strudel which was delicious. Nina takes great pride in her accommodation - and it shows. It was decorated and finished to a high standard and the room was superbly comfortable. If you have time, there are bikes (e-bike and standard) to rent nearby. I rode up to the ski station on an e-bike which was great. The proximity to the mountains is another bonus. Nina even arranged our airport shuttle for the morning’s flight. I’d highly recommend staying here - it’s a fantastic place.

The host Nina was so kind and attentive. You can tell she loves her guests. Everything was clean and tidy, the sauna is a great feature which we used on a rainy day. The location is great for trips to Velika planina or Ljublana, or even to the Bled or Bohinjsko jezero. Definitely place to highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

Nothing - it was perfect the way it was ! We did not have any issues with anything. And we didn't want for anything either. Had a very enjoyable stay there !

We arrived and straight away we felt looked after. They went above and beyond for us. The place was decorated so beautifully, and our host went out of her way to make sure we were happy - even upgrading us to a bigger room. The transfer to the airport the next morning was perfect - exactly what we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone - even if you don't need a transfer. The view from the huge outdoor area was simply stunning. 11 out of 10!!
