Nice rooftop apartment in a peaceful location on the edge of the main downtown area. Beds were comfortable. Shower was excellent with plenty of water pressure. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything needed for our stay. Super quiet.

As others have mentioned, the apartment is on the third floor with no lift. It might be difficult for some. Having said that my husband, aged late 60’s, managed to get both our 20kg suitcases up the stairs.

Fabulous location, short walking distance to everything. The apartment is well equipped with everything you might need. The host was very helpful and communicable. One of our favourite stays during our three months of travel.

The stairs were a bit of a climb for 73 year olds with too much luggage. It would be better to call for the small tourist tax up front, rather than when leaving.

The apartment was fantastic. Well appointed and equipped, great for our family to stay for a few days as a base for our trips around Ljubljana and Slovenia. It was in a great location with the city centre and amenities just a few minutes walk. It was very comfortable and everything was well organised by our host. Would definitely stay again!!

Towels were worn out and need replaced. Hand towels are like face cloths. Washing machine did not work. Missing a microwave and toaster.

Location is amazing. A stones throw from the river banks with lovely atmosphere, restaurants etc. Very clean. Comfy beds. Black out blinds. Parking no problem. Very good instructions provided. Beautiful apartment.

The property was exceptionally clean and well located, and ideally positioned for anything you want to do, whether it be in the old town area or broader Slovenia. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment was light and airy, the kitchen was well equipped. Would love to go back.

There is no parking provided, which is understandable given the location in a pedestrian area closed for traffic. We didn't mind parking 10 min walking away, however it was a bit inconvenient carrying all our luggage from and back to the car. Temporary access by car closer to the apartment would have been helpful. Another little nitpick: the blankets could be a little bigger for us tall people.

This is such an awesome place! It is located in the heart of the oldest preserved part of Ljubljana. It is just amazing stepping out in the morning right onto one of the most charming streets in the city. The apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully renovated, the living / dining room is spacious and cozy. It has a fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you may need for cooking or even baking. The two bedrooms have ample storage space. There's a ceiling sound system in every room that you can stream Spotify to.

No big window in living room to look outside as it was the top floor - but had great sun windows on the ceiling .

The apartment was very modern, everything almost seemed brand new and it was equipped with everything, including TV with HBO, washing machine, coffee machines, instant coffee..and the location was terrific. The beds were comfortable, shower nice and host kind. certainly would recommend for families or moms with kids.

Grega is an excellent host and the apartment is perfectly located in the old town, near the river and the castle. It is unusually well equipped, and very recently renovated. Premium facilities like wireless in ceiling speakers throughout are great to have, as well as modern washing/drying facilities for clothes. Easy access with digital door locks. 3 floors up with no lift though, so not for everyone.

Perfect clean, cosy and modern apartment in very convenient location. Everything nearby (organic shop, restaurant, pharmacy, cash, bike rental station, running pathways, shops, etc etc). I stayed 10 fays for a business trip and the apartment has everything provided that is needed. Grega and his brother are easy to reach, provided me with all support needed and are very flexible and very friendly Slowenian hosts. Hvala & nazvidenje!

There was nothing not to like. It is made clear on the apartment description but just to note, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without a lift so there are a few stairs to climb but they are not steep or cramped.

The perfect way to spend time in beautiful Ljubljina. The apartment is ideally located as it is tucked just away from the hustle and bustle and in a beautiful pedestrian only area near the castle so noise wasn't an issue but a matter but you are only a matter of steps from cafes, resturants and shops so very central. Also, whilst a pedestrian area, my taxi was able to drop me off ~50m from the front door so that was not a problem. The apartment is specious, very well appointed with everything you would need to cook a full meal although with such wonderful options nearby, you won;t need to. Our hosts were exceptional and were on hand with advice (e.g., how best to get from the airport after a late flight) and everthing was very straightforward. I was there for a conference and compared to hotels, this offered peace, space and tranquility at a great price.

There was nothing that we did not like. This apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. However, could you maybe get a toaster for the kitchen? I do like my toast for breakfast :-)

This apartment was perfect in every way. It was superbly equipped with everthing one might require. It was spotlessly clean and all the fixtures and furnitures were of superb quality. We really had the impression of being in a haut gamme, designer apartment. There was plenty of light and the air-conditioning was greatly appreciated as it was extremely hot during our stay. The location was wondeful as it was in a period building on a quiet street yet right beside the centre. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to all our communications. A beautiful apartment, wonderful hosts, perfect location and, in our opinion, extremely good value for this level of quality.

The top floor walk-up apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It looked like it was recently renovated with lots of modern touches and it had all the amenities that one could need during the stay. The location is steps away from restaurants, shops, and other landmarks in Old Town. Our host, Grega, was very responsive and great to communicate with. Overall, a wonderful stay in Ljubljana and we would definitely stay here again!
