The room was a little bit small for 2 adults and a child, but it was okay. I guess we need to check the size before booking next time :)

Dinner is until 9pm but they are already starting to clean up at 8:30, quite unfair to those who eat dinner late.

Staff is very friendly from the receptionists to the room cleaners and waiters. The food selection for dinner is quite diverse but breakfast food is the same everyday. The pools are very close to the hotel with easy access. They even let us use the pools before check in and after check out. Live entertainment on Tuesday and Friday, great music!

The air conditioning did not work some days.

We have spent the summer holidays here for the second time now. Altough it is an older hotel, we love the overall experience. The rooms are nice and comfy, the staff is super nice and helpful. We always book a room with balcony, but this year something went wrong with the reservation. When we checked in, they informed us that we do not have the balcony. The front lady then made a few calls and in a minute she provided us a room with the balcony. This is a supreme customer care and we were so grateful. What we also love is tbhe restaurant with a vaste variety of food options for breakfast and dinner. But what we love the most is the hotel's pool. It is nicely warm and not to crowded. We did also go to the Terme 3000 pools, but there is always so crowdy and it is unable to swim, so the hotel's pool is an excellent choice. We had lunch at the pool grill cafes, which was also great. In the evening we went for walks and there is a golf site with this super nice bar, where you could enjoy a great beer every evening with a wonderful ambient. We loved this experience and it definitely is value for money. We were a family of 3 and my daughter's stay was gratis. We will definitely come back soon.

Room sizes, decor, facitlites, cleanliness. Everything apart from staff and attitude, which is very good and helpful

Staff and service were excellent, unfortunately the facilities are not. The rooms are incredibly small, for a family of 3, interior very dated and overall quality of the hotel is quite poor. After the first night we upgraded to Hotel Livada Prestige which is very good indeed. Unless you really don't mind old 80's style hotels and tiny rooms i would suggest to avoid Hotel Termal well clear.

Wellness centre (Saunas) is open from 12-19, which is unacceptable as they are heavily advertising this. Equipment in the rooms looks like that it was put in in 1990s, see pictures attached. They put me in the conjoining room so I heard my neighbours like I was in the same room with them. They woke me up at 5.45... Room heater turned on every 15 minutes and it was loud as hairdryer. And for additional "enjoyment" - I was just going in to the shower and some lady barges in the room. I asked what she was doing (I was naked) and she replied that she has to check mini bar. I said to her that this is totally inapropriate but she insisted that she will check the mini bar. I complained to reception. The room was 180€ per night but it should be in the range of 60€ if I compare it to other locations.

It was in the middle of nowhere- nothing to do besides visiting the few pools. Slides were old and some moldy. The property was in general very old and renovation is needed.
