We are very happy to have choiced Farm Stay Jarc Vineyard during our trip in Slovenie. Everything was great. The hospitality was exceptionnal. And the home made wine also !!! We will return without hesitation in case we travel again in this area.

Google maps gave us closest route, that path is not perfect...there is another better way to get to the winary.

We had such a lovely experience staying at Jarc Winery in Slovenia. Everything was great — from the incredibly clean and cozy room to the warm hospitality of the owners. Although we arrived a bit late, they were very understanding and let us relax outside and enjoy the peaceful nature around the winery. My husband ordered a coffee, and the owner prepared a delicious homemade one for him. We also tasted their wine, which was excellent, and they served us some amazing homemade biscuits that paired perfectly. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the breakfast was fantastic. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, authentic, and heartwarming experience in Slovenia.

There's a bit of construction going on with the outside wrap around deck. They started working on it before 9am on a Saturday which took away some of the peacefulness.

The view was enchanting and there is complete silence around. Breakfast was simple and good, you can easily park your car outside. The staff was friendly and easy to coordinate with before we arrived.

Wonderful localisation and owner. Enjoyed every single moment of our stay. Perfect for longer walks in countryside vineyard region. Perfect views behind the corner, hilly and magical (especially after the rain) foggy clouds! Very tasty local wines and breakfast. Stuff well informed about gluten-free food. Will stay longer next time. A bit of European SHIRE!

I didn't have a car which is almost necessary, but managed to get around via prior arrangements with locals.

Location was idyllic in the vineyards of Svecina. A quiet paradise with gorgeous surroundings.

The room was very nice. The shower was a bit tight. The sloping roof under which the room was had a single window so when it rained we couldn’t keep the window open.

Dreamy location surrounded by vineyard covered hills. Owner and daughter were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was refreshingly tasty and with a nice variety.

Hotel location was spectacular with views in all directions and great walks nearby. Owner and staff tried to accommodate and anticipate everything. We left early for airport and coffee and sandwiches were arranged. Farm's wine is excellent. Ond piece of advice, get really good directions.

The arrangements for dining were confusing and a little misleading. Our expectation was that there would be a menu. In reality the only choice was cold cuts, cheese, salad and bread for dinner. No hot food. Whilst it was very nice, it would not have been our choice especially as one of us is vegetarian. Few restaurants were open nearby (the guest house was some way from a town) so we opted to eat in again the second night which meant the same food. Also, a message from the owner said there would be desserts but when asked by another guest, they were told there were not. At the time of booking we would have found it help to have more clarity on the dining arrangements to avoid any potential misunderstanding.

Location, location, location. The views across the vineyards were wonderful. Lovely, simple decor throughout. Very comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Spotlessly clean. Good wifi. Free parking right outside. Simply gorgeous.

It was such a wonderful stay, my best sleep the entire trip and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. The host family was really kind and homemade breakfast with fresh grape juice and warm dinner were both delicious. A real treat!
