There was construction right next to the hotel which made walking a bit of a hassle. Not their fault and it happens.

Immediately welcoming reception. The room was very spacious and comfortable with nice furniture and good views of the lake. Not a far walk from the main town (15 minutes). Free parking.

There is no telephone in the room so if you wanted to get room service you would have to actually leave the room to do so. To me that’s missing in a luxury hotel. When you have such a lovely room you might want to sleep in one day and treat yourself to breakfast in bed

Lovely room with views of both Bled Island and Bled castle, super stunning. The suite was gorgeous and tastefully decorated.

The property is located along lake Bled and has a lot of character with beautiful decor. The room was very clean and there were views of the Bled castle, Bled island and forest from the windows in the penthouse suite. The staff were very welcoming and accomodating during our stay.

This is such a beautiful property. I couldn’t love it more, everything was so elegant. The room was fabulous, the host was so friendly and helpful with recommendations for the area. We will definitely be back.

They are renovating so the stair bannisters are still being built but this was very minor and not an issue

Beautiful hotel right by the lake with views to die for. The staff were super friendly and attentive and our room - the penthouse was perfect. Bed was comfortable with great pillows. Lovely mini bar and sitting area. Lots of small touches and art to keep you entertained. The breakfast was fantastic too.

Great location near the boats for the island. About 15 mins to town. Large room with good facilities. Very friendly staff.

Beautiful setting with views of the lake and the ground floor suite is spacious and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good adn when we were there a pop up dinner was also available, although excellent restaurants are all within walking distance. We went in January when Lake Bled had hardly any tourists and the weather was cold but beautifully sunny.

It's not that I don't like it, but I think the breakfast should be more varied for the price charged.

Located across the lake with a beautiful view from the room, Outside the centre of Bled, but not so far that it cannot be reached on foot. The rooms are beautiful, just like the hotel. Free parking in front of the hotel.

Not one thing disappointed

Property was stunning. Comfortable and clean room, not to mention it was very large. The highlight of out stay was the staff. Our train out of Bled ended up being cancelled without notice, and the staff was helpful in assisting. Thank you to Maxim for driving us to Villach and getting us there with minutes to spare to make our connecting train (we were predicted the miss it). Cannot show our appreciation enough!!! Also, food was AMAZING. We will be back.

It felt quite aged but in a charming way. There was no one on site overnight if there was a problem. Breakfast was great but overpriced. It was a 15 minute walk uphill into town.

The suite was enormous as was the TV which even had Amazon Prime. Great for the evenings after food when you had walked all day and were exhausted. Fabulous views over lake Bled and close the row boat hire and transport to the island. We even borrowed bikes! And staff even drove us to town on our first night as we arrived on a late flight and needed to eat.

We had two rooms, one larger and one standard for a family of five. The larger room allowed for a very comfortable place to gather and relax after a full day of sight-seeing and hiking. The location is excellent as is the breakfast. The staff are incredibly helpful and pleasant. We will return!
