We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Very nice and comfortable hotel with fantastic sauna area and swimming pool. Hotel staff was very kind and ready to fulfil all our needs. Hotel is situated in the middle of family houses area quite close to city center. Parking next to hotel with sufficient capacity. You can arrange trips to very nice nature especially Sulovské mountains or to visit ruins of several castles (Strečno, Lietava).

SlovakiaIf it’s named “wellness” hotel you expect quite a bit more - there are only 3 saunas out of which 1 is not working properly (herbal aromatherapy scent did not work, we informed the staff, they already had it repaired before and it’s broken again), the wellness could use some renovation (many tiles missing in the saunas, signs are uneven, paint is not done nicely in the rest area etc..), disposable plastic cups in the wellness - we all know it’s forbidden by EU so we were quite shocked to see such waste every day, no electrical plugs by bed, kids corner right next to the reception

United KingdomThe curtains in the room let the sunlight in at dawn so couldn’t sleep in. Terrible powdered coffee from the machine at breakfast. Terrible powdered fruit juice from the machine also. There are great views from the outside of the hotel, but the bar and restaurant has no views. Our suite only had a hand shower over the bath so no stand up shower.
