Wi-fi doesn’t work permanently, Tv is very little and without option to connect. Extra charge for late checkout at 12 o clock. A little bit old renovation and bad smell from carpet.

Good location, nice warm room and free outside parking. Silent atmosphere, good windows. Good beds.

To find this place is a bit tricky.

We added an extra night, very last minute, to our stay...we had to make 2 separate bookings because we could not modify our original booking. The staff were really helpful and we did not have to move rooms (as we initially thought we would have to). Relatively short, easy walk to the old town centre but if you don't feel like walking there is a bus stop close to the hotel. If you ever stay in this hotel we recommend you eat at Bistronomy - excellent restaurant almost at the hotel's doorstep.

The reception is located at first floor. No elevator to access to the reception and room is available. It was tough for us as we had big luggages.

The hotel is situated on the top floor of the building, and there's no elevator (it wasn't a problem for us, but it could be for someone else, so pay attention).

Clean and comfortable hotel, with free parking spots (the gps takes you directly there). Friendly staff, speaking several foreign languages. We stayed one night, and we had everything we needed around the building. The Old Town isn't too far - 10 minutes by car. There is also a bus station nearby.

Difficult hotel to find! There is no lift and you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs and a bridge to go to reception. Very inconvenient for those with children and trolleys. Some of the staff chat and smoke or even other hotel guests often on the terrace so you can always hear it in the first few rooms near reception. The breakfast food ran out quite quickly and was replenished very slowly. The trays were often empty. Room temperature uncontrollable. Very hot even with the window open.

The mattress was too hard and lack of pillows but luckily we very were tired due to travelling and flight delays so fallen asleep soon

Thin walls, u can here the neighbors. But we only slept there so it was not so bad.

The location is very good and they have private parking. The staff was very polite.

Too noisy, near the exit and entrance to the city, some of the stuff were not very polite. Bathroom noice due to some issues. Pilows were teribly soft and shapeless.
