The bathroom and the room view on ufo, the spa and it's view from resting area throw it's teracce on the castle and ufo again, freshly made omelette options and perfect brie & bread pudding, the spacious bar

So I cherche en ligne and find a lovely restaurant with champagne asked in réception for a umbrela was raining so badly , the réception said we have no umbrela in a 4 star hôtel.......à joke. A réception staffs in à 4 stars hôtel needed to know Good restaurant best attractions etc not give informations so poorly. The joke on us depart we asked to live us bag in the lobby room we deeded and was plenty of umbrela in store.

Serbiabathrobes were dirty, they had stains on them. beds seemed smaller than normal beds in other hotels, spa and wellness means they have only sauna so they should not be in spa and wellness category.... will not come back in this hotel for sure. 1 day parking was 42e which is also too much.

Beautifully clean and spacious room with terrace overlooking Bratislava. 10 min walk to Bratislava Castle and 5 mins to the told Town. Beautiful cocktails and the rooftop lounge was a lovely touch! Definitely worth opting for the executive room. Absolutely wonderful stay.

This was a great stay in a convenient location! Located a 10-minute walk from the old town, the Falkensteiner Bratislava is a very well-equipped and comfortable hotel, with a great gym and spa. Andrei, the front desk manager, was incredibly hospitable and pleasant, giving us great recommendations and a surprise for our honeymoon. I left my headphones behind, and the front desk were very quick to respond and ship them back to me. Thank you for a lovely stay!

DenmarkMy window faced the castle, which was great, but it also faced a music school. In a weekday, they played concertos and sang opera from 9 am to 8 pm. I typically like classic music, but that was too much. If you are out sightseeing the whole day, this noise should not be a problem, but if you want some quiet, ask for a room that does not face the music school.
The selection of pillows was amazing. Really soft towels and robe. Breakfast had very good selection and you can order your eggs of choice.

AustriaWe wanted a coffee while we waited for our room, but the bar was unattended for 25 minutes so we went elsewhere. Also some but not all of the staff had a bit of an attitude bordering on rude. Car park is way over priced. Especially on weekends look for some free street parking. It's only 5-10mins walking and not hard to find.
Rooms nice, recently renovated. Good location, good gym. Breakfast also as we wished for.

United KingdomI dont think the Air condition was working in my room, the room itself was a bit too hot but it didn't impact my stay. the bed while comfy had very soft pillows, purely personal prefrece I do like a harder pillow! but again none of this impacted me getting a goodnights rest.
I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, nice and central to Bratislava, with easy access to the old town and to the castle, along with this the rooms are very nice, spacious and comfy with a very nice bathroom. The staff as well were very helpful and friendly, the reception staff were great at helping me find my way about and answering questions, further to this the staff at the bar were a joy to talk to, polite and fun to interact with, and the food as well at the hotel was top notch.
