None I love all , we just a little bit disappointed because the wellness is close because they are repairing we don’t know but it’s fine we enjoyed staying in our room because it’s comfortable and clean.

Really nice and large room with an equally great bathroom, I felt very comfortable. The garage is also spacious, had no problem parking with an SUV. Staff was nice and helpful. It was my 2nd stay and I will definitely come back.

The only downsize to our stay was there was no milk that I could see to enable me to make a white coffee. We arrived late at night and didn’t want to bother staff with a milk request.

Reception person was welcoming and attentive with a happy cheerful disposition. He booked us transport for very early the next morning. I will most certainly be booking this hotel again. Thanks for a comfortable stay ❤️

I didn't like that spa was always missing the bath robe, slippers and no one was at the reception at the spa to help. We were feeling cold in the room most of the time. The balcony door didn't have a key to lock it (my child sleepwalks and it was a massive health and safety issues). We didn't book a room with a balcony. We were happy being given one with a balcony but we didn't know it doesn't have a key.

I like the standard room with a balcony, the big king size bed, the clean room, the room had only 1 room next to us which seemed not to be occupied the whole time or the guests were quiet.

Usually I don’t bring things like this up but since I work in a hotel myself, I was very shooked by the fact that the receptionist by the check-in was not as friendly as I expected or as it should be? When we came to the reception to check-in, there was not even a „hello“ only „passport“. That was very disappointing.

The stay was very pleasant and the hotel is beautifully designed also the room was wonderful.

"We couldn't enjoy the pool because it was always cold, only the Jacuzzi was warm. On the first night, they made me pay for the 5-year-old child's breakfast, but the following two days, another receptionist said he didn't have to pay. The drinks in the room's fridge are very expensive."

The best part was breakfast; there is a wide variety to choose from at the buffet. The rooms are super comfortable, the reception staff is incredibly friendly, the hotel facilities and services are amazing, everything is super clean and luxurious.

The elevator system in the hotel. It is not well connected from the ground floor to 3 and then from 3 to go to the upstairs.

The hotel is close to the airport. It is very quite if you need to have some good rest. Also there is a small pool and jacuzzi to relax. The room and its bathroom was very clean and big enough for 2 people.
