We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Czech Republic- little bummer is leaving the room until 10AM, not until noon - shower had no shelf inside to keep there shower get ... - beds were tough, but still acceptable - The receptionist should give a smile a little bit more :)
I was nicely surprised about the hotel quality. Interior premises as well as the room looks very nice, all very well cleaned and no issues occurred during our stay - all was good. Location of the hotel is in the middle of city center, breakfast tasty, room size was fit for 2 persons, shower big enough. Hotel restaurant available at hotel premises as well as terrace
