There was only a small rooftop windows on the 4th floor. It looks like common mistake of small hotels. They are promoting through booking with lower price and there is lot of time some catch. However, the booking is a perfect place to get a good review from guests. Therefore, it should be reasonable to offer a better room, if the hotel was not full.

THe hotel has a good location. It was clean and price is fine. It is good hotel for short or business stay.

Parking is just awkward but I understand there is no chance to have it right next to the hotel. Room could be better equipped, for example with rails to help the people get out of the bath or with working air-conditioning.

Location is just perfect. Staff were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful, they did everything to make our stay pleasant.

The room furniture (e.g., wardrobe) is old. The led lighting bulbs needs a repair and shower needs fixing and cleaning.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. The hotel location is very close to the downtown. The WiFi is stable and of good speed.

Parking is in a secure garage but it is 200m away up a hill. Room smelt 'musty' and had staining on the carpet. Staff advised this was not dirt but due to discolouration of the carpet ??? Mattress trim was torn along one side. Building across the street was undergoing renovation with scaffolders working until 18.00h in the evening and starting again at 06.20h the next morning !!

Rooms need a refresh. Ass i arrived, parking in front of the door was locked by buckets (for some stuff) for guest to check in no space... Breakfast is OK but not a 4-star hotel. Stuff in breakfast is not friendly. A special note about restaurant "CALM", i can´t remember when i had such a poor service in the past. The food is good, but service i a desaster, not talking, not asking, not working... (I talked with other locals from Nitra, they all had same experience) ladies, if you don´t like to work, so stay home and go to be a influencer...

Very nice historical building. Good smell in hotel and rooms. Comfortable bed. Parking was OK but not to much spots. I like the big space for my suitecase.

Missing vacuum cleaning of the floor in the room, service of the breakfast, they say breakfast is till 10:00, but at 9:30 it was packed away.... no big cup for tee, no lemon ... again the details. Lactose free also must be pre-ordered!

Kind and helpful service at the reception. Exceptionally good matrac, warm and good smell of bedcloth, and super heating! Very good breakfast. The buliding itself is faboulous, unfortunately some details of the reconstruction do not comply with the style of the buliding ... but it has no effect on the service level, just pitty to recognise, as none of it is about the cost, but the lack of sophistication.

A very comfy hotel with a pleasant atmosphere inside. Easy parking. Very nice room with all needed: comfortable bed, good bathroom, all needed for a proper rest. Stylish. Very pet friendly. Good, no very very good Asian food in a restaurant. A pleasant stay where you feel care from the hotel's stuff side no matter what and wish to come back. We really enjoyed.

Breakfast could be richer, but let's say it was standard. Some things were not replaced quickly when eaten by other guests... but I came to breakfast quite late. On the first day, I managed to get the last yoghurt. The other day, there was none left, but not a deal breaker :-D

The description of a restaurant in the hotel is misleading. Very disappointingly, the restaurant in the hotel (which is not under the hotel management) has an entirely Asian menu and has no European or general international food. This restaurant is therefore of no use to me and, I imagine, many of the hotel guests.

The rooms are a good size and comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful. The reception staff speak excellent English. The hotel is well situated close to the town centre in one direction and the big shopping centre in the other. There are many restaurants and cafes in the nearby area.

Room-cleaning service didn't perform the cleaning process properly. There was still dirt in the bathroom every where. bedsheets were not changed for 4 days

Bathroom …water flow everywhere. Small choice for breakfast. Noise from adjoining road, especially at 5.00 AM….I think from garbage collection.
