Hello, hotel location was great, really in the center. Beautiful landscape and close to main attractions within the city. Walking distance to the main historical buildings, popular restaurants and coffee places. Friendly personnel, good breakfast and comfortable stay. Parking was offered by hotel, all was good. Recommended :) !!!

Having to reserve the hot tub was a bit unfortunate, it would have been nice to have more access. Also, the timer on the hot tub jets is only 2 minutes, which is a bit silly.

The location was right next to the main part of town, along the main road. Staff was helpful and receptive to my requests, and hot tub area was very nice. Room was super nice and clean.

Old furniture in bad situation. Bath not so clean. Uncomfortable lift ! The took 25 euros for extra bed for the kid, but just opened the sofa that was already in the room !!

there was a bad smell in the bathroom, not disappearing after intervention of the hotel management. But the hotel management offert us another room. But the last day of our 2-days stay it wasn't opportune to change room

No big topic - just a hair dryer missing in the room and some more hangers for towels in the bathroom would be appreciated.

Spacy double room with a seating place (sofa) and writing desk. Big windows, lot of light in the room (contrary to other accomodation facilities in the town with historical small windows). But protected by dark curtains, i.e. you are not waken up at 4 a.m. during summer months if you do not want to ... Central location, own parking, nice and friendly staff. Delicious food in the restaurant Matej (close to the hotel and belonging to the hotel, but not in the same building. In the big hotel restaurant just breakfasts are served or you can have a wedding party there.

very slippy floor in wellness, please be very cautious, disappointment with dirty glasses for champagne in wellness, you can buy 5 €/200 ml bottle from minibar directly in wellness but you need to drink it directly from the bottle. Maybe 8 €/breakfast is too much, many better and cheaper options for breakfast in restaurants near to hotel, our room was maybe not cleaned properly before our arrival, we found some peanuts under the table.

receptionist was a very kind person, personal wellness 20 €/ person / 1,5 hour is very very nice option with partner, parking possible for 8 €/day in the center of the city, we had a beautiful apartment where you can feel history, beds were good but this big gap in between was not very pleasant.

Offer on booking.com stated the benefit of late check-out - that was not the case on the spot. We were pushed to leave early. Actually on check-in the room was not ready on-time and receptionist was excusing the not-redy-room by late check-out of previos guest. So there is something wrong here I guess. Parking was included in the price when booking, but they asked 12,- EUR/day on check-out anyway so I had to pay that extra. The location is in the center but actually for the car the access to entrance is horrible and considering all other shoftfalls I would consider this just as emergency option. Avoid if on holiday, there is plenty of better ontions in the city. This facility does not live up to its promisses.

Room number 22. Bed was so old and made so much noise! Couldn’t sleep all night as when I was turning it was making loud noise that was waking me up as well as my kid who slept with me on the main bed. Additional sifts bed was okay. . Walking in the room from bed to bathroom was so noisy that make you not leave bed as you can wake everyone up.

I dont know the prices for other hotels, but i dont think 100,00 EUR per night is reasonable honestly, for that place its not worth the price. There were spider webs on the walls and obviously the apartment was leaking when there is a big rain which is crazy for that apartment 100,00 euros per night.

The breakfast was as usual. The staff was really pleasant and the location was perfect!

Landlords should take a much better care of property. Refurbishment would be appropriate to keep the standard and pace with competitors. Also advertisment and propagation through social media is very poor.

Very nice and helpfull staff, whose make our wedding day (and night) unforgetable. Delicious food, professional and friendly care with favourable price. Thank you.

Based on the initial listing we were looking forward to a bustling hotel with a bar/restaurant and an outdoor pool and hot tub. Although the actual hotel was quite large it seemed pretty deserted although there was someone at the front desk each morning when we came down. There was a restaurant which I think it was only open for breakfast. Our instant coffee could have used replenishment as we were there for more than one day.

Check in went well despite the fact that it was after hours (6pm) when we arrived. Owner provided pictures of exterior door, mailbox which was helpful. The room was very large and quiet as was the town on the whole. I am glad the hotel offered parking at a reasonable daily rate.
