The outside pool closed 1.5 hours early, also the closing time of 9pm is too early anyway. Be great if it stayed open until 10pm

The nice historical building of the hotel had great location in top of the city, no so far from ski resort. We like the outside pool and spa in the hotel especially during the winter time.

We were in the hotel during a busy time, and the lobby/bar seating area was a little small to accommodate all the guests. As seems to be fairly standard with most hotels the shower head kept falling down the rail and the shower curtain was too long.

The facilities were lovely and well-maintained. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the location of the hotel we beautiful

There is nothing i didnt like, only the bathroom doors in the double rooms really need to be changed with normal doors 😄

We stayed 2 days and everything was great. the food for breakfast and dinner for halfboard were very nice and delicious. The staff is very kind and helpful. The Welness area is stylish and clean. Saunas are big enough and in very good condition. The outside pool is exceptional. Overall the hotel is perfect for relaxing the mind and body with a touch of nature and wellness&spa.

the pictures on the website don't do justice at all: the hotel is MUCH better in reality than it looks like in the pictures (it was a great surprise for us) ; the style and interior decoration are amazing ; the garden and terrasse are beautiful ; definitely a place to stay for hikes in the warmer seasons ; the buffet breakfast was great ; the buffet dinner was also great (good quality and range) ; the restaurant was beautiful ; the hotel was very clean, extremely well maintained and stunning in its architecture (a classic gem) ; the staff was helpful and respectful ; the location was excellent (e.g.: close to cablecars, hiking tracks, ski slopes, town) ; the parking was big and easy to move into ; the spa & wellness facilities were excellent and clean ; the bar was cool and barmen very friendly and at your attention ; live music is played on some days and over the weekend (pianist) ; the gopass included is a real bounty for the activities around ; there is a playroom for children and a big conference room ; the room and bed were comfortable ; the bathroom was clean ; we had a very good view from our room (classic room with view) ; we could even witness a sky-tearing storm ; the hotel is so good you could spend the whole there without feeling you're missing out ; I could go on and on but a definite gem in the Tatras ; one of the best hotels I've stayed in and would definitely recommend to anyone going in the Tatras ; very good value for money ; internet was good too and possible to work from the room desk

There was bad smell at bathroom, i guess it was canalisation.

Breakfest and dinner were great, lot a choice and very tasty food. Big and clean pool.

Brilliant food, great choice of food. Spa is the best, their outdoor pool is brilliant. Room was very quiet. Maybe AC was missing in the room but overall we were happy. Definitely we will be back again.

Pillows were too soft. Pillows should be firm enough to support the neck and the head. There was no air-conditioning/fan which means the room may become quite warm. However both of these are personal preferences.

Location is excellent. Lots of parkings space. Breakfast spread is excellent. Staff is polite and helpful. Good tourist friendly activities and suggestions.
