There was too many kids. I know it is not the hotel’s fault. And also the bar is too small and connected with the kids corner, so it is not really comfortable.

The hotel was beautiful, also the rooms and the wellness.

Everything was great. Perhaps I’d improve the anti slippery flooring on the way to the outdoor jacuzzi. The plastic carpets were moving and my fiancé fell on the stairs. It’s just a little idea to improve something.

Location is perfect by a creek and the mountains. Wellness is amazing, beautiful facilities with kind staff, always there to help you. What’s the most outstanding to us was catering. Food was very high level 5 star. Buffet style half board with excellent and fresh choices. All kinds of proteins from calamari to lamb. It was beyond our expectations. Definitely recommending to friends and family.

Extra costs for regular drinks like cola or water at dinner and almost 4€ for cappuccino at breakfast. Why not make it a few € more expensive and put a post mix machine there.

I was surprised how friendly this hotel is for families with kids. Kids corner is inside a cafe, you can just sit order something to drink and watch the kids playing. The pool has warm water, you can stay there with small kids as long as you want. There is even a pool bar.

Screaming kids all over the spa - hotel should take care also for couple without kids. It is very annoying when you cannot swim, chill in sauna when there are kids running and screaming around.

The only minus - staff. No smile, no good morning, some waiter just came took our plates and left - without asking or saying anything. Not everyone was like this, but it´s a pity for such a nice hotel.

We booked "honeymoon room" which is really small, but it has direct access to the nature so you can enjoy your morning coffee sitting outside and watching birds. Breakfast and dinner was served as buffet - nothing special, but plenty of choices and tastefull. Drinks are way too expensive (for a glass of wine -3dcl, we paid over 6EURO per person). Not all rooms have minibar or air condition - so double check if you need it! Spa was nicely made, water was warm, saunas very good. I found it strange to take our own towels from room to use them in wellness and then using the same ones for shower afterwards, but we found our ways. Nature around the hotel is fantastic!

Seemingly short on staff during out stay, those few on site were nice but there was always missing something, a fork, a spoon, some juice - everything kindly provided after i asked. Uncleaned tables from previous guests left there for a long time. More precise cleaning of the room would be welcomed. Bad pillows. Pool limitations with kids, afternoon opening on work-days.

Location is wonderful, quiet, calm. The hotel is pleasant, we liked the pool, the nice view. Breakfast and dinner had nice choices, tasty, good variety. Kids loved the short walks around. We enjoyed having Breakfast&dinner at the terrace, outside. Fridge and coffee&tea table in the room - useful.

It was exceptionally hot, which is unusual for the location. The rooms do not have air-conditioning and even with the balcony wide open it was too hot to sleep. We only fell asleep at about 3 am so we were not well rested,

There wasn't much common area to the hotel to sit and relax. No place to read a book other than the few seats in lobby, the cafe, or the room. Most activities were in Slovak so we were unable to participate.

Food was very good, great location for exploring the high Tatras. Kids enjoyed the pool.
