The rooms require updating, as they are a bit old. The facilities are over used, and there are insects all over the place.

The location is superb. The staff are one of the friendliest hotel staff that I have met.

the access road to the hotel is in bad shape, my room was above the pool, there was a permanent buzz probably due to some filtering technology - not a big issue as I am a good sleeper :)

There was no kettle in the room.

The localization of the hotel is fabulous, very close to different mountain trails. At the hotel there is a swimming pool and a play room with plenty of attractions for kids. Near by there is a view tower, rope park and skilifts for winter lovers. The parking was for free. I strongly recommend this place for active people who would like to go for a hike, mountain biking or simply relax with kids.

It would need some improvements and renovations. Also there was a party until 2AM and we could hear the music in our rooms. Bathroom was rather small.

The bed felt hard (for us) and the outside cafe/ bar/ restaurant area always had fairly loud Pop music playing. We thought different music would have been nicer (more chilled) or no music on one area to choose.

The bathroom of one of the 3 rooms we used was surprisingly small. (Comparing to the two others' what was ok.) Not all staff members speaks English/German/Hungarian in the restaurant. It wasn't an obstackle, as everyone was really kind and eager to help us.

Beautiful area. Child-friendly hotel, plenty of outter spaces for kids, for external acivities. Kind and helpfull staff. The restorant and bar are just perfect. We skipped the wellness but it was ok for a quick glance.

Great location close to the slopes. Great staff. (Special thanks to the lady at the reception desk: not only that she spoke an excellent English but she was also very helpful.) Very good food for breakfast and also in the restaurant next to the hotel - a great selection of delicious Slovak foods. Wellness area with steam bath, sauna and a swimming pool.

The room and the bathroom especially could be a bit larger. The restaurant is in another separate building, even if the hotel provides breakfast in the main building.

The personnel was outstanding, the reception people were very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a breathtaking area, providing direct access to the slope, having multiple relaxation opportunities - spa, sauna, pool, massage, billiard, darts etc. The cuisine is also very good. The hotel looks like an old hunting place, full of trophies, very well maintained They provided us with free cookies and tea, as a courtesy. We appreciated mostly the reception manager, a kind and professional gentleman. Keep the good job!

Not a bad place for a vacation. I'll tell you about the pros later. And now about the cons. We booked accommodation more than 2 months in advance for the New Year. Just 2 weeks before the start of our stay I received a message from the hotel that we have to pay 80 euros per person for the New Year party at the hotel, otherwise we will not have access to this party. We didn't want to attend the New Year's Eve party at the hotel, because we had other plans for New Year's Eve and we only needed the hotel for an overnight stay. So we notified the hotel that we would not be attending the party. The next day I received a similar message, but the condition was a bit different: if we didn't pay 80 euros per person, our reservation would be canceled by the hotel. I immediately contacted Booking Support and they contacted the hotel. After communication with the hotel the issue was resolved, for which I am very grateful to the service. As a result, we did not have to pay 480 euros extra (there were 6 of us) for a party that we had not planned to attend. However, upon arrival we noticed the negative attitude of some of the hotel staff towards us. We were looked at askew and were constantly reminded by some of the staff that we would not get access to a party we were not planning to attend. Keep this information in mind if you intend to stay at the hotel for holidays. The hotel did not warn at the time of booking about any paid mandatory parties and their behavior seems like fraud in this situation. Pros: there is a pool, a small sauna, pretty good breakfasts. Hotel is years in use, the summer season is not the strongest part of business year here, it is probably fuller in the winter. Catering except of breakfast was limited on some days. Hunter trophies as for me - do not belong to the year 2024.

Staff was friendly and they certainly are doing their jobs good. This includes cleaning ladies. The pool looked inviting and clean too and is open until 10 PM. Hotel has beatiful surroundings, that's why i have chosen to stay here.
