hotel exceeded my expectation in every respect

Flight of stairs to get to the hotel reception which is not so friendly when one has several luggage bags. Both the shower head and hair dryer are quite heavy. Knocked myself against the wooden bed frame edges a few times.

Chose this hotel due to its proximity to the train station where I arrive and leave via train. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is decent. Prompt service when I had issues with the shower head and laundry.

Absolutely nothing - it seemed faultless to us.

The staff were extremely helpful and, for some unknown reason, gave us an upgrade to an exceptional room. Coffee machine, dressing gowns, free snacks and the best hotel bathroom we’ve ever had. Supper in the restaurant was good and breakfast was very good - wonderful buffet of almost everything you could imagine.

About 15min walk into town including waiting at the crossing lights

Room was very comfortable and quite large. Water pressure and water temp in the shower was great. Great options for breakfast. Hotel restaurant was good located right behind a park so nice views and quiet at night

Staff were fantastic. When we arrived early on the train they found a room ready for us before check in time. It made our weekend. Super comfortable bed, very clean, lovely design and location

Absolutely everything - the greeting I had when I arrived. The amazing ambience, beautiful retro room, the shower, the extra details (free minibar, lovely toiletries), decor and staff attitude. The Beer Restaurant next door is also excellent anc the staff cannot do enough for you. What a great place to stay - right inbetween the train station and the old town and next to a park.

Staff at reception were fantastic especially Katherina. She went out of her way to be helpful. Rooms were big and beds were so comfortable. Large bathroom too. Location only 5 mins walk to old town.

The first morning we had breakfast in our room. The breakfast things were still there when we got back in at night. Not very nice as there was egg etc and it smelled. I went to reception and complained and they said they would send someone immediately. That was about 5.30pm. We went out to give them chance to clean it and got back 10.30ish and it still hadn't been cleaned. I complained again and they sent somebody. It was a real shame as everything else was lovely

The bed was harder than I’m used to, probably the hardest I’ve come across. But too many pluses to stop us returning 😁

The ambience and decor of this accommodation was second to none. Loved the vibe and industrial 60s decorations. Black and white photos everywhere, even in the bathroom, were so interesting. Not one detail was left out, all very stylish, neat and functional. A mini bar that was stocked for free with beer, coke and mineral water was more than generous. The restaurant under the same roof was also excellent, meals incredibly tasty…. Duck leg still makes my mouth water when I think of it😊

Some of personal in the restaurant was not so polite, but I think they just had a stress because of amount of people

Everything was perfect. No negatives.

We were greeted firstly by a very happy smiley receptionist. She was very efficient. The rooms were so spacious and very unique. The beds were the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept on. The beer was gorgeous and very cheap. Breakfast was lovely too. I couldn’t fault this hotel at all.

Loved everything…

The Loft is such a quirky property that’s so tastefully decorated that gives both rustic and cozy vibes. The rooms are exceptionally decorated along with such attention to detail and cleanliness. The bar is such a lovely place to sit and have some drinks. Staff are so helpful. This hotel is such good value for money and we would definitely book again if we return to Bratislava.

Great location, 10 minute walk into town. Quiet area. We were upgraded and the room was absolutely beautiful with amazing facilities. Absolutely spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly. It was our first time in Bratislava and it is such a beautiful place. Dont second guess, book here!

Everything was perfect :)

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel in a comfort room. -Room was spacious(we had everything we need, closet, mini fridge, tv,iron, nespresso, etc) -very clean(it was cleaned daily, new towels etc) -in our room price we had also daily refill of the mini bar (water, cola, beer) -nice breakfast -very good location around 10min on foot from the old city -there is underground parking space(25e per day)
