Location by the river and in the city centre close to many restaurants and bars. Beautiful view from 8th floor (river view, high floor is the way to go). Comfortable room. Good breakfast and swimming pool. Parking 8€ per day.

Room was okey but way different than the ones saw in the booking . It was a bit disappointment but still okey, it was a normal hotel room. All the drinks in the hotel room were charged, at least the first ones should be free for a good hospitality. Breakfast was very good. It is placed in the city center you can reach by walking city center, and good restaurants,

Slightly dated decor, wallpaper peeling off, a little mouldy around the tap in the shower, very loud in the morning (not sure if it was down to noisy guests alongside the room cleaning service), paper thin walls.

Rooms are a bit too small. They organized a very loud party in the restaurant on Friday night so it was rather difficult to fall asleep at some normal hour.

Rooms could be a bit bigger, shower cubicle would be preferable and I don't recall the beds being made and bins emptied during my stay.

Breakfast has plenty of choice, the rooms are fine a little on the small side (no shower cubicle). The location is really good.

The room was quite small for invalidity room but we managed. Also troubled parking.

Room with no AC and with poor acoustic insulation. Older bathroom equipment. There is no barrier between the bathtub and the bathroom. After showering, the entire floor is wet.

The room was clean, simply but practically furnished. The hotel has an indoor pool, a sauna and sunbeds on the terrace, which is a big plus. SPA facilities at a good level. Breakfast buffet, good selection. Personal tip: Great Thai massages - entrance from the side of the hotel.

Our booking included buffet dinner for about 50 euro extra for 2 people. The buffet was extremely basic and not at all tasty and definitely not worth the money although it was cheap.. Choose a restaurant in town instead of eating at the hotel..

We had booked an apartment which was very nice and spacious. Clean premises. Nicde staff. Good breakfast. Parking outside for 6 euro was decent but limited number of spots. Central location with river and restaurants around the corner.

No food served past 8pm in the restaurant. Brekfast selection quite poor and barely any food left at 9.30am. (I understand not wanting to have waste but scraping last bit of scrambled eggs is not great...) Breakfast the same every day, no variety to it. Seems it was off season for the hotel with only couple of tables occupied at breakfast. Wellness (3 small saunas and 1 whirlpool) not included in price, only the pool, despite being it in the same area. Got charged 14 euro extra for spending 5 minutes in one of the saunas, even when we said we did not know (and we didn't). Seems it is run by separate company. Pool water quite cold in my opinion.

Clean hotel. Very helpful staff. Good value for money overall... No issue switching rooms for us (we upgraded and paid extra) In general no issue with the room, we were offered slippers and extra towels. Room cleaned daily. Nice town for walks.
