Pillows, small and heavy. I am a pillow cuddler when i sleep. The pillows are memory foam. Bathrooms are tiny, toiletbowl too near to the wall. Dinner at restaurant is a choose-of-5- options, it was difficult to choose coz we didnt like any of those really. If you open the website, there is none info about it, just it is a la carte and the menu for download on the web is much bigger. My MIL have had digestive issues in the night bc of the strongly flavoured/spiced food. If we knew, we would eat somewhere out and it would be also much cheaper. I found the price a little high (150€ for 4 ppl)

Wellness, Room and location of hotel area

Separation of wellness between adults and children is a waste of space. Whole wellness should have been available for all, and used only separation by time, e.g. in the evening just adults. Because of this space is utilized poorly.

The Interior of hotel and its facilities were amazing. Location in the middle of the woods with spectacular views was breathtaking. Rooms are comfy and decorated with wood. Wellness is nicely decorated with variety of saunas with amazing views.

To get to some procedures, massages is a struggle and it looks like, you need to book ahead of your stays.

Great location, spacious & comfy room with all the necessary amenities (kettle, hairdryer, shower gel, hand gel, hand & body cream, towels, bathrobes, slippers...), free parking, breakfast, swimming/ relax pool, Jacuzzis, wellness with saunas, free lemonade, beautiful views. Very helpful staff.

The location is very lovely, now in winter there was lots of snow and snowshoeing straight from the hotel no problem at all. There are two ski buses for different ski areas stopping at the hotel and the ski areas are great as well. The food was great, even the coffee at the breaktfast bar was good. Not to mention the freshly made chocolate pancakes and egg omlettes. I really recommend a dinner at the nearby Slovakian restaurant Tálska Bašta. The Wellness area for adults is also a Highlight as well as the view up the mountains.

We didn’t have a relaxing stay as the hotel was crowded with noisy families and unruly kids. The only available dinner option was a restaurant a few meters down the hill from the main building. Dinner was a buffet with mediocre food.

Two months before the reservation I requested the same room I had at my last stay. The Hotel confirmed I will get the requested room thru a Message on Booking.com and also thru an email even after double checking by a Phone call. After ariving at the hotel the receptionist gave us a different room than confirmed as wrote above. Even when I told Her About the confirmation from their side She just said theres nothing She can do What was the first bad experience. The second camed when We found out that the switch to turn on the light at the bathroom was not working. Third dissapoitment camed when We camed to the dinner (which was paid in half board) and there was not much to pick from in the main hotel restaurant (We were not the only dissapointed guests) not forgetting there was not even a free water at the dinner. To be honest when You go to a hotel which haves four stars and they ask for the amount Of money like the do for the acomodation You don’t expect begginers mistakes and approach like mentioned What is actually a shame due We loved the place when visited for tte first time last Year.

The location is great. The staff in the restaurant and bar was amazing and made us feel really good. The best Part Of our stay was the wellness and SPA center which is the main reason We came back to the hotel this Year.
