Stopped here for a night whilst travelling back to the airport. For the staff, parking and location it's great. Extra bed request was supplied which was greatly appreciated. It looks better from the outside than inside. The room is okay, has a certain charm to it. Certainly not modern and plush. Okay for a night, although no AC just a fan, had the windows open, they don't have netting and got bitten quite a lot by mosquitos. Some reviews mention cash only, however you can pay by card.

No AC. It was 34C outside and the fan is simply not enough in such hot days.

Got room upgrade for free, breakfast simple but ok for money. Free parking, location is excellent, city center in walking distance.

Location on the Vah River a 3 euro taxi ride from the train station. Short walk to Thermal Palace along a beautiful tree lined walkway. Great espresso by order. Lovely service and English by Simon, friend helping out at reception.Though request to delay checkout was not accommodated, welcome to work in the empty cafeteria after breakfast with good wifi.

Internet did not work at all in the room. I was told it is because room was on second floor, that I would need to be in reception room for wifi. That room was comfortable, but they locked it at 6:30 pm! The espresso was overpriced too. You could also hear everything through the walls.

The hotel had a nice patio outdoors on the river, which was nice, while the weather held. Staff helped me to get to train station when taxi could not get me there in time.

.The price of this hotel is high for the facilities. There is a large garbage dump in front of the hotel and it smells. The rooms are small and there is no refrigerator. There was no air condition and fan only. I could not sleep well because of the heat from the fan. The fan was not cleaned at all and there was a lot of dust and smell. It should be cleaned.

The rooms are clean and the shower facilities have been renovated. Draft beer in the garden by the river is cheap and tasty.

Staff are on site only up to 6pm and you cant get any drink or food there after that time.Some mattresses were dirty ,could do with changing .One bed sheet was put across two single beds leaving parts of mattress exposed

I really liked the room was so friendly and i felt like home , the guy on reception / bar was exelent im giving him 10 points more just for his wonderfull friendly behavior what i didnt saw so long anywhere , no problems with nothing and would be pleasure for me to come and enjoy night again in this hotel , I highly recommend .

1. 100+ cars flashing lights til midnight directly into the double bed laying eyes although the curtain was in place - its simply too thin for room no.107. 2. Not flushing toilette - water ventil was closed when we arrived. 3. The presence of biting bugs (bzdocha). 4. The bathroom water, that was rather yellow and the taste was stinky in the evening - not in the morning. 5. Extra bed 10 Eur payment on top of the booking.com bill - the offer on the page clearly states: tripple room with 4 twin beds/not fair. Happy to consult the bullets in details, if required.
