No big issues. The pillows had nothing in them which meant we had to use the cushions as pillows. This seems to be standard in Europe, thicker pillows would have been much better though. We were on half board and the food was really good. However, it is a steak restaurant and no steaks were on the menu for staying guests, there was no way to upgrade either. It would be nice if you could upgrade to steak for a little extra.

It is in a really good location, central for town but not noisy. The apartment is all modern and well finished. There is a big walk in shower which works well. There is a safe, chairs, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. The bed is a good size as well, it was a firm mattress but not solid. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. The food was all really good as well.

The only thing worth a mention and this is not the Hotels fault, but if you are a light sleeper and have a room overlooking the main street, this may be a problem. People tend to congregate outside the hotel (there is a restaurant down stairs) smoking and talking extremely loudly (everything sounds louder at night right?) And boy racers use the street as a thoroughfare and because of the acoustics of the street the sound is multiplied... like I said nothing the hotel can do about this but wish I had known I would have asked for a room at the back of the hotel, as this may or may not have solved this.

The location was exceptional. The rooms are decorated to a high specification and are lovely and clean. The breakfasts are ample and there is a fresh food choice each day such as oatmeal, omelette, fried eggs etc. Staff are extremely friendly. Tea and coffee making facilities and you are supplied with fresh sparkling water each day. Lovely bathroom and fresh towels supplied each day if required.

I use to go to cheaper aparments with the same quality 100m far from you, but they were booked. It is however very minor comment, i will definitely come back! One additional item - consider giving 2 keys for each room. I was here with my 3,5yrs old son & I forgot something in my car - so I would keep a kight on during I would bring it back up so in case he wakes up, he would not be scared…. But the stay was GREAT and thank you for everything!!

The check-in at midnight was tricky, but the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. I would have loved to have an iron and ironing board in the room.

The room was a little cold at night (in January, it wad freezing outside) and we couldn’t adjust the heating. Thicker blankets would definitely help.

Unfortunately we arrived as the hotel was undergoing a refurbishment so all the reception, bar and restaurant were out of commission. However we look forward to returning again when the work is complete and enjoying the full facilities!

Nothing to complain about. Guests might not like the traffic noise or hearing loud people if they're in the street facing rooms, but I sleep with ear plugs so it didn't bother me.

I loved my room. The ceiling lighting was fab, it didn't shine in my eyes. The shower had great water pressure. The bed was super comfy. The room heated up quickly and the blackout blinds were perfect. The staff were wonderful, having gluten free bread for my breakfasts.

The only thing lacking was a common area for visiting - like a lobby or rec area. There was outdoor space for that but we were there in the winter.

This was a perfect location with easy walking access to restaurants, shops, and the Christmas Market. The breakfast was excellent and fresh with a variety of choices. By far - I was most impressed with the entire staff who went out of their way to meet any request that I had. They were all wonderful and polite and most spoke English which was a plus for me. They definitely made us feel at home. Our room was beautiful and clean with modern facilities.

Breakfast was kind of cheaply done. Eggs were a funny taste not like in hotels. Oily and watery? Cold milk was already empty the whole time. A coffee machine and cappuccino from it isn't something to look forward to. Cheeses was also on the cheaper side with meat options. Tomatoes were already eaten by someone else. The breakfast and breakfast place was more like 4-5/10 but the room was super nice and did not miss anything. Very cosy. Step up breakfast service and would be perfect. Lovely personnel.

The hotel is located very close to the historic centre. The accommodation is excellent and spotlessly clean. The buffet-style breakfast had a variety of options and it's delicious. Everything was fantastic.
