Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

LithuaniaThe hotel entrance is not very pleasant, and therefore creates a false impression, because inside the environment is much more pleasant. We had an updated room - it is really clean and cozy. If we understood correctly, the bed mattress comes with special waterproof covers - which is not necessarily pleasant.

SlovakiaThe towels! I mean, you make a big investment, renovate the rooms and everything, and then put this for your guest. You know very well what I mean and no mistake! There are HOLES in them and they have been used so much already that they can´t even be washed properly! Why not just buy new ones, are they really that expensive or what? Why lower the rating of otherwise great hotel with such a small stupid thing! There is no door at the bedroom (I mean the sleeping part of the hotel room). I would prefer a door to protect from outside noises etc. You cant use a lock on the hotel room door from the inside, otherwise you lock yourself out (the entrance card won´t work) and a receptionist will have to aid you with a master card. They at least could put a warning sign on the door to prevent people from using it. I definitely was not the first one to get into the situation and this way won´t be the last either.
