Breakfast was good. Room is not so big, but enough for stay (sleep). Zahradky cable cars are really close (only two minutes walk). Really good price-quality rate. Pictures are true, only brighter than reality.

The location of the hotel is great-almost in the end of the valley,right next to the ski lifts. Hotel is undergoing the renovation,all rooms are done,lobby and restaurant are nice.Corridors still need to be re-done.

Great location: the hotel is literally next to ski cable way. Zahrádky is the best starting point at Jasná. Clean room, comfortable beds, wonderful sauna world. The restaurant provides a swedish table brakfast with great coffee and a delicious 2 course dinner. Everything was great with the foods. The staff members were kind and friendly.

I was quite sceptical about the place when I saw pictures of it. However, the location is very good being next to the cable car station and also for trails. The rooms are normal and comfortable enough. What's exceptional about the place is the people that work there. Monica and Rene are the managers there who are both very experienced ski instructors as well as mountain bikers. They are extremely helpful with their local area and terrains. Rene is so friendly and chatty that he even bought me beers. I can't thank the people there enough for me stay. PS: amazing breakfast!

Hotel is under renovation and unfortunately prematurely open. Spa was closed (we got free spa in another hotel) Breakfast was disaster. No food available in buffet, a la carte choise tragic. Ham and eggs was burned to death, second try the food was semicold and took 15mins to make. No juice available, we had to ask manager for it as staff asked us to buy it on bar (juice machine was not working). Water from tap was rusty wit terrible taste. Bottled water provided only after second discussion with manager. Room was little but smelly, but this might go away after hotel is open for longer time.

Top location, both summer and winter, reasonable pricing in summer period. Free benefits of skilifts. Nice furniture, good matrasses.

Although booked for 3 people per room only 2 beds were supplied per room. The rooms were meant to sleep 3 but with the fold out bed in them (eventually) there wasn't enough room for luggage etc. Breakfast was a joke, there was hardly any food put out and when it was it went so quickly you couldn't get to it quick enough. Dirty plates on all the tables, no plates or cups available, only one hot water rea that always ran out of water. No atmosphere in the bar area, and if we had been B&B there was no food severed in the bar in the evening when dinner was being served in the restaurant.

Location was great, easy access to the lifts and slopes. Wellness area was good Plenty of hot water and room really warm
