Around 10PM- 11PM I hear voices from the street and smell their cigarette from our room. And also - u can hear voices from hallway - talking each other .

It’s near the train station and also near to supermarkets and mall. The room is clean. the pillow cover and sheets smells good.

WiFi didn't work for me,so relied on mobile data. The reception service, very nice older gentleman, was basic, he did all he could to help and check us in, but asking any questions was out of the question. Also, says on the description you get a discount to aqua city, however, I asked on booking, we didn't know how to get it and in the aqua city they told us we need a discount card from the hotel. Also, breakfast wasn't the option whilst it says in the description you can pay for it.

It is great location next to the bus and train stations, city centre, shops and aqua city. The accommodation was clean, with all what's needed, even a little kitchen area, good value whilst hiking.

I went to Poprad to travel on the Tatra mountain railways . The pension is located just next to the railway station with a beautiful view overlooking thr Tatra mountains. The pension is basic, perfectly clean, helpful receptionist showing the way to the centre of town. For the price paid good value for money.

May have been our stupidity but found checking in difficult. Heating could not be controlled from within the room so alternately too hot then had to open the window when too cold.

At times it was a little noisy, being near the station, but this didnt really affect our sleep.

This is an extremely good value budget hotel. The room was large, the bed comfortable and the shower efficient. A bonus was the shared kitchen facilities. It is very close to the train station and a short walk from some excellent restaurants and bars.

Reception staff don't speak English or Spanish. Initial challenge in getting internet working. Room is very spartan and spare. Overall a great value but it's not elegant at all.

The room was clean, all the bedsheets are freshly washed. We are satisfied with the facilities in the room. The bathroom was clean too. And the location near Poprad-Tatry station is very strategic and the most thing we like. Lucky us, when we stayed here, the weather was sunny and clear so we could see the Tatras mountain from the pension 😄

There was a small kitchen area but it wasn’t very well maintained. We were able to get by but it wasn’t very clean and not much to cook with.

Staff were very friendly, room was spacious, with a view of the mountains and tea and coffee was provided in the room with a kettle and small fridge.

Everything is old and rundown, which is unfortunate because it could be a super nice hotel with a little effort and update. The worst part for sure was the perfumed laundry. The sheets and pillows smelled extremely strongly, and for someone with scent sensitivities, it was hard to sleep.

The rooms were nice, spacious, clean and included fridges and kettles, and some tables and chairs in some cases, all excellent services and comfort. There's even a kitchen in the building, though we didn't use it. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Good location close both to the station and to the water park. The host was super friendly and shared the discount card to the water park with us which was much appreciated.

The only disadvantage is the noise from trains and customers of the nearby night club, if you get a "mountain view" room. But the view is beautiful!

Great location next to Poprad-Tatry railway station - you can reach all Tatra destinations within an 1 hr train ride on TEZ. Supermarkets and restaurants in Poprad city center within a 10-minute walk. Fully equipped self-service kitchen is available for guests (opposite to some reviews) - stove, microwave, cutlery, kettle etc. are all available.
