The hotel is walking distance to old town and the main train station. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good.

The shower head was not that great and the rooms are really warm so you need sleep with the door open. Also there are no sockets near the bed.

The location was great and the breakfast was good and varied. The staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. Definitely value for money.

The pillows were in poor shape and there no extra pillows. We folded our jackets and used them underneath the pillows for head support. The temperature everywhere in the hotel was boiling hot and no way to turn it down, so we slept with the window open in February. Definitely impacted our otherwise perfect stay. Other than that, everything was great!

The hotel is rather old and the furniture needs to be renewed.

Breakfast was excellent! The room was quite big but way too hot. The location was perfect, walking distance to the train station and from the city center.

It would have been nice to have a little bit more storage space at the bathroom sink.

The hotel and room were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The private bathroom had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The WiFi was easy to connect with and was very fast. The included breakfast was phenomenal and offered a plethora of choices within the buffet. The hotel was just a few minutes walk from the main train station and the old city center.

Felt it wasn't quite a 4 star hotel and slightly over priced. Room was clean but basic, you couldn't adjust the shower head to wash your hair and had to ask for an extra pillow as only giving one.

Very helpful staff, good location for exploring the main sites of Bratislava and good access to the train station via a short tram journey. Excellent selection of food at breakfast.

For us, big bonus was garage within the hotel (18 €/day). Breakfast is a buffet with great variety of food to choose from. Old town was cca 10 min walking distance.

I like everything in this hotel. Huge huge huge area!!! From the kind, sweet and pleasant staff. Cozy, so clean, so comfy hotel room and they provide everything I ask for. Thanks for that! Location is so perfect and walking distance to every places we visited. The huge buffet breakfast is so fantastic and good for a plant based lactose free person like me.. i love it so much.

It’s located on the main street so opening the window for fresh air lets all the noise inside the room, but with closed windows it was ok to sleep.

Overpriced for an ordinary hotel. The executive room had just one pillow and poor bedding (a sheet gets misplaced all the time) a guest needs to remake.

All was good thanks. One very minor feedback is the reception team were a little cold when we arrived early and asked to store our luggage. They were efficient though and as I say this was minor.

The best hotel that I visited this year (and there was plenty...). The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, the room was quiet and comfortable. The old town is a couple minutes of walk.

The hotel is situated in a wonderful location in the city centre. The room and bathroom are large, clean and quiet. The bed is also big enough and very comfortable. Parking is in the garage, it is easily accessible from the main road, but not included in the price of the hotel (18€/night). Breakfast is standard continental and tasty.
