The reception desk is strange and does not represent the comfort of the hotel. And one very unusual situation - there is no cleaning service during the stay in the hotel. And we stay 3 nights.

The hotel is tired and could do with a refresh, but I didn't have a real problem with this. Only real criticism is the plug sockets not being located in ideal parts of the room!

Affordable hotel that is very close to the city centre and old town. Friendly staff who are available 24 hours a day at reception, with access to drinks/snacks if needed.

The rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. During my stay of 10 days. My bed was never changed or made. The room was never vacuumed or cleaned. Just fresh towels every 3 days. The management was very understanding and gave me a discount. I hope they can get that fixed . It is a nice hotel. The breakfast is not worth the price. Reheated eggs, vegetables were old and used for many days. Cheese was also old. Not a good choice of items.

Huge room - I could be pedantic and say there were a couple of features that looked like they were designed by an architect not a hotel guest and breakfast was a bit limited.

The hotel is a bit hard to find. And after a checking it was a bit hard to find a room. The towel was very old and worn. The shower head was leaking, and the holder wasn't properly working. I have had only one tea bag and one coffee. No extras or milk and sugar available.

I like the modern bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good value for s money

Smell of cigarettes' in the hallway and also carpet in the room should have been cleaned. Walls are thin and we could hear a guy snoring all night.

The hotel has a perfect location, walking distance to city center and also our relatives :) Parkinh was free of charge, room was decently sized. Breakfast was good for the asked price.

Floor in room

I stayed one night, in transit. I liked the hotel, ok price, big room, clean bathroom. I think that the floor in the rooms should be redone, there was a foil stuck that looks like a parquet. Be careful in the shower, the tiles are slippery when wet. Varied and tasty breakfast.

Regular city hotel with partly renovated facilities. Drinking water and kettle provided. Friendly staff and 24 hrs reception. Wifi was good enough; parking available. Awesome location, close to everything!

A lovely, good size clean bedroom, with 5* bathroom. I found the bed comfortable. Location is about 5 mins walk to the old town / cathedral. Staff were helpful. I would book this hotel again.

Parking is small, can be difficult to park inside the building. No air-conditioning, in the summer it can be extremely hot. Nois - the noise from the street is quite big, but for 1-2 nights you can live with it.

The rooms are spacious, clean, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is simple yet amazing. This is one of the best price/value place in Kosice. No need to add pictures, this is one of those rare places where the pics on the booking are the same with what you will see when you arrive.

Only something small but possibly more cooked vegetarian options at breakfast - but in fairness, there were options and breakfast was good - lots of fresh bread, pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, salad, yogurts and nice coffee.

Very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff with excellent English. Buffet breakfast was nice. Very easy checkout. Excellent location very near to the the old town - only a few minutes walk. I would stay here again.
