Great location at the green and blue trails so you do not need to move the car. Possibility to pay for tourist tax which was including entrance to the park and insurance. Possibility to buy tickets for ferrata and rent the equipment. Nice buffet breakfasts (extra charge). We stayed in small houses, 2+2 so we had 2 bunk beds, it was small but enough (toilets/ shower/ kitchen in the main building). Very friendly staff. Great place for fire and field for kids to play badminton/ football.

Excellent resort for tourists who love time well spent in the heart of nature. Great care taken of everything by the staff. Clean and well maintained facilities.

First and foremost - the people. The stay had a human touch, as if we stayed with a family. Then - location, spotless cleanliness, tasty breakfasts. Also the old-fashioned look and feel of a tourist camping site. Despite cold nights, the cabins were warm and cosy. You can get great guidance about the Slovenski Raj area, and rent ferrata equipment.

Well, going at night to the loo across the area is not for the weak of heart, but that’s what you subscribe to being there.

Amazing place !! recommend for single travel, group, and families. Located in the heart of Slovak Raj - this is amazing “base camp” for all hikes and activities.

Turisticky Raj is a lovely place, perfect for tourists who love peace and quiet and nature. Near the main hiking trails. We stayed in a hut which had comfortable bunk beds. Outside toilets and showers were always clean. The kitchenette is fully equipped. And the Staff is helpful and friendly. You can buy tickets to the park there and rent a Via ferrata set. Some people may find this place a bit old fashioned but for us its old time look was more than charming.

Close to the Slovenskyi Raj routes. You wake up within the forest with full spectrum of the nature around. Ideal if you have enough of city crowds.

We chose the big apartmant to have our own bathroom. It worth it. We loved it!!!

We applied for half board, the breakfast was OK, but the dinner was so-so, the food quality is like in a school lounge.

The hosts are kind and attentive. The cleanliness of the common areas was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was provided for self-catering. Good value for money. Very nice place, nature is wonderful. A good starting point for tourist routes.

There was enough space in the fridge, but a freezer would be nice.

Staff/family/owners were helpful and kind. The location is impossible to beat. It was great. Not a five star hotel, but nobody booking here should or could possibly expect that. No complaints. Exactly what one could hope for with no suprises.

I had a wonderful time staying at Turisticky Raj. The place itself is cozy, clean, and located in a beautiful area, perfect for hiking and exploring nature. But what truly made my stay unforgettable were the amazing hosts — a father and son duo who are some of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever met… They went above and beyond, even driving me to the train station and helping me with everything I needed during my stay. Their warm hospitality and genuine friendliness made me feel completely at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region. Thank you again for such a memorable experience😊 I hope I will come again one day…🤞

Price/value ratio was absolut great, i liked the breakfast as well. Its not a 5* hotel but in its category absolutly great. Perfect location as well.

The place has got a right location with great access to popular places in Slovensky Raj. The staff was absolutely fabulous, super nice and we had countless banters. For dinner they cook basic but tasty, traditional Slovak dishes. Regarding to accommodation - they offer a few different options for groups, families or single travellers. Accommodation in my cabin was basic, but that is what I was expecting and I was pretty happy about as a single traveller. There is a grocery shop nearby too with a few other caffes/restaurants. I would definitely come back here anytime with my family.

Its a great stay for budget holidays. Place got everything for nature lovers and hikers, just on the edge of Slovak Paradise next to most popular trails and nature wonders of nearby moutains, it provides the perfect basecamp for your adventures.

Toilets and showers are very small.

Space in the showers and toilets outside. There is not enough space to get changed inside the shower cubicle. On a positive side, they were kept clean with regular cleaning.
