We are not very demanding and we don't really like overheated rooms, but it was still a little cold in one room (the other one was perfectly fine). It is probably because the hotel was not fully booked. I have nothing else to complain about.

The location of the accommodation is very good. It is right next to the train station (you can't hear the trains in the room at all). The trains are not disturbing at all even in the 2 rooms facing the track. The station is not that close, but it can be reached on foot within 3 minutes. The advantage is, for example, for those who come by train and can continue by train straight to the Tatras (the railway station is for the Tatras and for the rest of the world). Or they can leave the car parked and continue to the Tatras by train. I consider it an advantage. In addition, the accommodation is also very close to the city center, it is within 10 minutes on foot to the very center. There are good restaurants and breakfast bars nearby. There is a large and free parking lot directly in front of the accommodation, which was always free. The rooms are very spacious. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms. The equipment is also good. The beds are very comfortable. Key handover, payment and housekeeper services are very good, the lady is very nice. We had no problem with anything. The price-performance ratio is very good. The price is much lower than directly in the Tatras, while the Tatras are within 10 minutes by car. However, as I already wrote, there is also a train that goes directly from the accommodation to the Tatras. I consider it very reasonable to stay here and commute to the Tatras, you can save significant money that will be left for other things during the trip. We have a very good overall impression of the accommodation.

The location was handy for town but possibly a bit off putting on first arrival - it's opposite a slightly unglamorous looking strip club. Having said that, the railway station was next door to that, so it's certainly very handy for public transport. It also didn't feel unsafe walking round at night. The parking is on the road outside which in theory is controlled. The owner told us that in practice, they control it and we wouldn't get a ticket. Felt slightly odd but we just had to trust that and it worked out fine.

Nice very big room in a stylish town house. Good big bathroom with very good facilities. Big comfortable bed and also a big sofa and lounging area. Very good breakfast. Handy location to get into the town centre. Decent value for money.

The location of the apartement is excellent, all restaurants and the city center are available within 10 mins on foot. The rooms are very big, bright and clean and very well equipped.

To say something, we didn't find anyone at the reception and we were not informed about this situation but it was solved fast enough with a phone call.

Everything is perfect. The rooms are super comfortable, quiet and big. The staff is very nice and helpful. The prices are ridiculous for the great quality of the place. Very close to the train station. Breakfast included was good.

Close to train station, but no noise, large appartment, large beds, tasty breakfast. After being stuck in traffic jams, we arranged the keys to be left in the hotel, getting inside with a code. Would come again.

Breakfast did not had wide choise but we found options and did not leave with empty stomacks.

The room was huge, big comfy bed, kitchen zone. Everything clean and made with good taste. Good wifi and TV working. Close to train line but it was not heard from our suite. Close to the center-walking distance. Free parking available right in front of the hotel. Manager very nice, smiling and helpful. Talks Russian, English not so much 😊. Would like to come back again.

The communication with the hotel through booking.com was terrible, they didn't response to my messages before the trip so we were unsure about if we can even go there or not.

There is free parking before the hotel. (Furthermore the Poprad train station is almost next to the accommodation so you can organise a 1 day trip easily in to the Tatra to see the ponds. ) The neighbourhood is quiet and very close to the center, there are lots of great restaurants in the area or in a 10 minutes walk away. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, it was cleaned quite frequently. The breakfast has a big variety you can choose from so many options. They speak english in the hotel and they are very helpful with everything.

There are a railway station and a strip club on the other side of the road- train traffic is quite heavy and some local guys could be quite loud during the night hours
