It was a beautiful,big apartment,very clean and well designed. 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. We had everything what we needed. 10 minutes walk from the train station and the central.

What might be better? 1. If you plan to rent this apartment for more than 3 nights and you come to go skiing, you may lack a washing machine and oven. 2. It's not convenient that you need to go to the reception to pay an additional fee for heating and cannot pay online.

The privacy is limited, on the first floor the rooms have balconies but there is no separator between the 2 rooms so privacy is missing , especially if you have a noisy neughbour.

The cleanliness and the comfort of the bed ( matress, pillow, blanket) was exceptional.Flawless indeed. Everything was spotlessly clean and brand new. There is a little river nearby, so it is a good white noise when sleeping. Amazing view of the mountains. Free dedicated parking spot in front of the building.Location is also excellent, silent and 10 mins walking from the station.

It could've been clearer that you need to go to a different villa to check in.

Quiet, secluded area. Spotlessly clean room with everything needed. Stunning mountain view. We were lucky to spot a doe with a baby just 30-50 meters from the villa.

Booked a room with balcony but got one without on the ground floor. Paid a little more for the balcony, but only for a night didn’t make a big difference. Next morning I was told was occupied, but maybe the property manager did a little mistake.

The checkin is in the Vila Borievka. They give a parking card for the accomodation and a chip card for the room. The staff was kind, the room was very clean. It's like a hotel room. Towels, bedsheets, toilet paper, hair dryer, shower gel, 2 in 1 instant coffee, tea, sugar etc. They emptying the trash bins every day. Peacful area next to a creek, good for some rest after a good hike. It's only 10 min walk from the center.

The accommodation is in a good location in Lomnica, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The center is 5-10 minutes on foot, the slopes are a little further, but still not far. The hosts are nice, late check-in was also possible. The check in/out is in a different hotel about 500m from this. The room was clean, well equipped and spacious enough for two. Each room has a separate parking space

The pillow was uncomfortable. We had a problem during the night and we could not reach the owner on the given number.

The building was very nice, new and clean. There was a little kitchen area in the room, which was useful. Next to the apartman there is a little creek :) . We recommend this place.

We booked a suite with two bedrooms and a kitchen, actually it was two separate rooms in the attic and a kitchen on the ground floor, moreover, each door to enter with a code - not very comfortable :-) Small but loud mountain stream outside - rather noisy during the night with open window, if window is closed - hot is summer.
