An ample and varied breakfast in a spacious room.Bedroom was comfortable enough but air conditioning did not seem effectual. I relied on an open window for some cooler air at night which did mean more street noise.

I was disappointed that there was no bath because on the advertisement a bath was shown on lots of the pictures. My partner was not well on our departure and unable to manage the cases down the very steep steps to the bus stop. I asked the receptionist if it was possible to get a taxi which she did. The journey took 4 minutes and we were charged £25 which left me feeling cheated and I feel the hotel needs to be aware of this for future reference.

The room was very nice with amazing views from the balcony. Breakfast was adequate could do with a bit more variation. Staff very helpful.

The hotel is located centrally within the city walls. Restaurant at the hotel or pizza place right across the street. Short walk to palazzo pubblico and the towers. Nice view from the room.

The bathroom, the glass partition only covers half the shower, the shower head is in the middle of the tub aligned with the end of the partition and there is a gap under the partition. The shower head has some clogging with calcium so some sprays holes point out 90 degrees, impossible to shower without getting water all over the floor, the gap under the glass allows water to run down the front of the tub and under, which started a flow of dirt and hair from under the tub. Needed to request extra towels to dry the floor which still wasn’t enough! Fixing the shower with a full enclosure like glass all the way around or a curtain would have made the stay much more enjoyable and a much higher rating. Also ate at the restaurant, the food was good but the service was so so, had to constantly ask for utensils (both dinner then again at dessert). Asked for coffee and dessert to arrive at the same time, dessert took longer than dinner to arrive (over 40 minutes) which seemed ridiculous for a obviously premade dessert and coffee arrived 5 minutes after we finished the dessert.

Room was fairly clean, great location, the staff was nice.

Very uncomfortable bedding. Mattress and pillow were old and hard. Unable to get a good night sleep as a result. This was however, the only disappointment.

The hotel is within walking distance of the views in San Marino. On top, the Christmas market was close by, where the evening was well spent. We came by car and the parking lots 6 & 7 are within walking distance. The hotel offers a discounted parking charge which is very helpful. They also serve a nice breakfast, which was convenient

VERY loud. There is a bar attached to the hotel, and there was an extremely loud party taking place there at night. Music was blasting (the walls in my room were practically vibrating), and it sounded like someone was shouting into a megaphone every 10 seconds. There were also people right outside the hotel front door, below my window, talking and shouting for hours late at night. I called the front desk about the noise, and they said it would end soon. I could not go to sleep until 1 am. Most hotels have "quiet hours" after a certain time. I'm shocked any hotel would subject their guests to nonstop noise late at night.

Great location, can easily walk to all the attractions in San Marino. Good breakfast. Clean room.

There is not a lot of space for luggage in the room. Breakfast is too simple and plain and does not match the other aspects of the stay’s experience.

The location is excellent. Staffis friendly. The bed is comfortable and the view from the room is absolutely superb.

The bathroom was old and tiny, I could barely fit in the shower it was so small. The price was a bit high for what you got. They don’t serve food after 3 ok when we arrived and needed food we had to go elsewhere. We got drinks and crisps and said to charge it to the room then another waitress came running down the street accusing us of not paying , the communication isn’t great there.

Perfect location when visiting San Marino. If you park they give you a ticket for 4 euro so you don’t have to pay the full price of the car park. The rooms were warm with nice views. The breakfast wasn’t too bad.

We had two nights where the room was stuff and hot. Front desk was rude and said there was no a/c or another room to switch us (even though booking.com showed availability). We kept the door open for awhile and also opened the window which helped slightly because then we had the noise at 5am. The shower had mold on all 4 tiled walls. We expected much better for the price we paid for this 4 star hotel.

The weather.

The location was perfect just inside the wall on the main cobblestone street. Building was beautiful and the accommodations were great. The restaurant was nice and the food very good. The parking was located just outside the wall of the city and the hotel had a parking agreement that worked very well. We enjoyed our stay in San Marino
