A nice location to stay with a child or children. Many things to do and it's convenient that there is a little supermarket and a restaurant, so you don't have to take the car if you don't want to.

WIFI was very poor; pool still closed. No exterior restaurant to reach by foot. No breakfast available.

Reception very friendly; reserved parking lot close to the apartment. Very clean room and bathroom. Good lighting concept. Nice layout of the entire property with footpaths and a lot of green.

Slightly longer check-out would be nice so we could use the pool properly before leaving (check-out times were properly indicated, so we were not surprised)

Quiet hours, when was not allowed to enter/exit with a vehicle and it had to stay outside the complex. Expected evening animation for teenagers, but it was not present due to low number of visitors at this age.

It’s a camping site so the room was quite small. We visited in Spring and it was cold and raining so we didn’t enjoy the outdoor facilities, perhaps it’s much more enjoyable in the summer for a family with kids

Wifi was so slow it wasn’t actually worth using, although we were busy enough that we didn’t really need it anyway so not a big problem.

Great facilities and the bus stops right outside the campsite. Cabins were good.

The towels provided were thin cloth, more like tea towels than bath towels. We were surprised that in this sort of chalet accommodation there were no self catering facilities at all - not even a kettle or fridge. We had a bad experience with our evening meal at the restaurant, although to be fair the staff apologised profusely for this and did their best to make things up to us.

Pleasant small resort of little chalets in an attractive setting with a pool and on-site restaurant. You have to wear a swim cap in the pool, but you can buy these for 2 euros at the pool reception. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Seemed very family friendly.

Very poor wifi. Walls so thin you can hear everything in the rooms next to you, morning and night. Could do with refurbishment.

Location was good for visiting San Marino and neighbouring villages. The restaurant next door was excellent. Short drive to supermercato. Having parking on site was great.

The plex we stayed in was cute but very small shower and bed was uncomfortable… two beds pushed together to make a queen bed, mattresses split down the middle.

Restaurant was very good. Picked the property for the pool but it was closed for the season.

When I emailed the hotel to get more information on how to arrive there by public transportation, I never got a reply and instead had to pay a tax a hefty price to get there. Eventually, I figured out how to take the bus system there, San Marino is not a place you can casually walk due to the many hills so knowing how to use public transportation is important. Overall, stay was decent.

The rooms were decent size.

Lack of electric kettle in the room. Overcrowded pool. Lifeguard letting people playing with balls in the pool, jumping into the water, but strict on opening and closing hours. Pickiness of the staff. After three days of stay, we asked for half day in the pool but the receptionist told us we should pay full day rate. I would have appreciated a more elastic approach. Permission to smoke in the sunbeds area. Rooms cleaned without attention.
