Room was huge with four beds! Location was perfect for the street market that happens each weekend at the end of the block. Staff was friendly and helpful! Value was great!

Would have liked more than a sheet on the bed.

The person who answered the phone was not at all friendly. Her name was Sonia. She was very rude.

Very Noisy all night long… at 2.30am, 5 am… people talking very loud or Even singing …. I dont know if they were part of the staff or clients but anyways it was very annoying… but what can we do ? No light close to the bed so you have to get up to turn it off

The breakfast and staff were exceptional. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodated me very well. The entire hotel was clean and beautiful.

It must be noted that the walls were thin and didn't keep out noise. You could hear the guest in the next rom talking. It was muffled but you could still hear them. You could hear moving chairs and drawers slamming shut. There is also the issue of the staff talking right outside the door of the room for 10-15 minutes and being able to hear very clearly what they were talking abut at 6am in the morning. Even when they are moving the carts down the walk way at 6am its makes one unable to sleep.

Comfortable hotel and clean room one block from El Carmen church. Friendly and helpful staff, quick and flexible check-in. We left early in the morning to catch our flight, so we didn't take advantage of the included breakfast.

Hello This time I like the Room space

The breakfast they given me pupusas with Cheese and Bean, for me that's is not breakfast.

Yes was good

It was in a good part of town. One black away from paso del Carmen. There’s also private parking. The hosts were awesome about helping me get out as the parking is just a long driveway so cars line up. They also answered questions and are available around the clock to help. They also accommodated me when the original room I was going to stay in had a broke valve they were fixing, they upgraded me to a bigger room at no extra charge.

The sheets were stained yellow at the top. The pillows were really flat and no shape or fluff; some of the pillowcases didn’t seem clean. The water pressure in the shower was too low. Lastly, the bathroom was too small in general.

The AC did not work. The man at the front desk was not helpful. The cleaning man was helpful. Only 1 towel in the room. Bathroom tiny.

It is huge and well located. It is worthy for what you pay, but be mindful it’s not a 5 stars hotel. The shower is amazing and the staffing very friendly.

The AC was a little tricky. The mattress could be more comfortable too.

Very clean, welcoming place. The location is great, close to a main park, where everyone goes to walk, run and play sports. Even though the staff don't really speak English they try not to get too frustrated when I communicate with my limited Spanish. Breakfast is great, and I had a good sleep each night I was there.

Only negative points are the occasional noise and that my TV was too high up on a side wall, making it difficult to see.
