United Statesthings I didn't like . near the restrooms were some fake surfboards . I would of LOVE to see some real surfboards for rent since is surf city . the property is missing a great opportunity on renting chair and umbrellas beach is rocky the sand is black so some chairs would been perfect. The food and drinks efficiency not the best since is coming from another hotel making service slow. Breakfast seating area was missing a couple of TV'S. The property already has some electrical plugs for 2 TV's. that area is great for watching sports and is near the bar$$ Last thing faster internet service .

United KingdomComfort:Unfortunately, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, which significantly impacted our overall stay. A good night's sleep was elusive, which is a critical aspect of any hotel experience. Service:Service was a major letdown. It was painfully slow, with all orders being processed from a nearby hotel, leading to waits of up to 30 minutes for something as simple as an espresso. Even more frustrating was the intermittent absence of staff at the bar, with no assistance in sight when needed. Staff Interaction:A particularly disappointing incident involved the staff member named Kathy. When my son fell ill after breakfast and we urgently needed water, she refused to assist us. Later, she attempted to explain her inaction by claiming a misunderstanding, which did little to remedy the situation or our feelings about the service. Value for Money:This hotel was by far the most expensive option in El Tunco, yet the service was substandard at best. The high rates charged do not reflect the quality of service or guest experience provided. The expectation for luxury or even above-average service was not met, making the stay feel overpriced for what was offered. Overall Experience:This was a disappointing stay. The combination of uncomfortable accommodations, slow and sometimes absent service, and a particularly negative interaction with staff left much to be desired. For the price, one would expect a level of service and comfort that this hotel simply did not deliver. Unless significant improvements are made, we will not return.
Location:The hotel's location in El Tunco is unbeatable. It's just a short stroll to the beautiful western side beach, where you can enjoy the sun, surf, and sand. On the flip side, it's directly on the main street, bustling with a variety of restaurants and cozy cafes. This prime spot offers the perfect blend of relaxation and vibrant local life. Hotel Condition:The hotel itself is brand new, with an inviting cleanliness that you notice from the moment you step in. Everything seems well-maintained, giving a fresh and modern feel. Amenities:One of the highlights was the outdoor lounge areas. These spaces are beautifully designed, providing a peaceful retreat where you can unwind after a day at the beach or simply enjoy the local climate with a drink in hand. The layout and comfort of these areas make them ideal for both socializing and solitude. Overall Experience:With its excellent location and the allure of a new, clean establishment, this hotel in El Tunco stands out. Whether you're there for the beach, the local cuisine, or both, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to experience the best of what El Tunco has to offer.

Wow! Real luxury in El Salvador I stayed in may places and this was the only one I really felt extremely comfortable, cozy, clean! There is hot water The pools are excellent I also did a massage and was one of the best of my life!!! If you have the chance (and the money heheh) threat yourself staying here

United StatesHonestly, the only downside was having to leave! There wasn't a single thing I didn't like about my stay at Mirasurf. In fact, I loved it so much that I extended my stay by five more nights. Everything from the location to the service was exceptional.
MiraSurf & Waves at La Bocana offers an unbeatable location with breathtaking views directly overlooking the surf break. If you’re surfing La Bocana, it doesn’t get any better than this. The food is delicious, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Every detail at Mirasurf has been thoughtfully curated to provide a high-quality experience. Highly recommend staying here for the perfect surf getaway!

United KingdomExtremely overpriced for what it is. The food was not the best either and very expensive. I know this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but there was a lot of building work going on around. They also had a maintenance team repairing a roof in the hotel with loud radios playing. This they could have done something about, let guests know and/or apologise, but didn’t.
Great location. Nice big sized room and very clean.
